Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 KVA phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms (a) ALTERNATOR : Self regulated with brushless self excitation 7.5 KVA 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, 0.8 P.F.,1500 RPM, with voltage variation plus or minus 2.5 % of rated voltage from no-load to full-load foot mounted, screen protected drip proof type with class 'F' insulation, steel ball/roller bearings at both ends of the alternator shaft, with necessary controls as recommended by the manufacturers, conforming to BS-5000/IS-4722, capable of supplying unbalanced load. (b) Engine : Multi cylinder,compression ignition, heavy duty,compact diesel engine AIR cooled with standard accessories, all as per BS-5514/IS-3046,1500 RPM,control gauges, RPM/Hours meters etc; shaft H.P. suitable for generating application and capable of giving an output of 7.5 KVA/ 6.0 KW for coupled alternator under NTP conditions. (i) Flywheel housing with flywheel to suit double bearing coupled alternator. (ii) Flexible coupling set directly mounted to engine and alternator with coupling guard. (iii) Air-cleaner dry type with vacuum indicator. (iv) Fuel pump and fuel piping 15mm M.S. pipe with bends, flanges etc.

(c) FOLOWNG ITEMS :-(i) 12 Volts 45 AH or as per recommendation of manufacturer DC battery dry type maintenance free with copper leads and terminal lugs of suitable size (ii) One hand rotary type fuel pump connected with heavy duty pipe upto the tank (iii) Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provison of blower (iv) Provison of light inside the canopy providing a FTL. NOTE : (I) Entire DG set shallbe procured from authorised dealer or original equipment Manufacturer (ii) One fuel tank of gauge, inlet/outlet continuations, drain plug etc. mounted on suitable size as approved angle iron frame or mounted on wall as per manufacturer's instructions (iii) One set of AVM pads shall be fitted on base frame (iv) Documents : Three sets of following documents :- Maintenance and operation manuals for engine and alternator , spare parts catalogue, warranty/test certificate, schematic diagrams of control panels. (d) AMF Panel : AMF panel shall be of suitable size factory made indoor cubical type front openable fabricated from CRCA steel sheet 1.6 mm thick complete as per manufacturer specification of Diesel Engine suitable for DG Set of capacity 7.5 KVA grouted in floor by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 foundation of suitable size as per manufacturers recommendations complete in all respects and consisting of the following :- (i) Aluminium bus bar of current rating 100 Amps. (ii) Reset facilities for complete protection of AMF Panel (iii) Electronic timer 220 volts for fuel cut off operation for with 1 No NC auxiliary contactor. (iv) Battery charging unit 12V,10 amp complete with digital volt metre & amp metre. (iv) MCCB 40 Amps 4 Pole 16 KA & MCCB 40 Amp 16 KA breaking capacity for main supply & DG Supply adjustable over load and adjustable short circuit each 01 No.

(v) The AMF panel shall have manually/ by pass arrangement in case of failure of AMF Panel . Notes : (i) Contractor will satisfactorily conduct load test of DG set as per instruction of inspecting officer for 12 hours including run on 10% overload for 1 hour at his own cost. (ii) Testing eqpt will be arranged by the contractor at this own cost. (iii) Fuel/oil required for load test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof is deemed to be included in amount quoted by the contractor

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for cable,etc n.exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/osse soil for cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for returning filling in including spreading,leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for surplus spoil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level in exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading of fine river sand and gentally punning down for laying of under ground cables. Note :- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' common burnt bricks, old size designated 75, laid dry flat with width equal to length of brick & with gaps between the adjacent bricks n.exc 10mm as cover laid over the cable to give mechanical protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing galvanised light grade of size 32 mm bore with all fittng and fixed complete to with wall, floor and ceilling or laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed (for protection UG cables)

M&L provision of earthing with 600x600x6.0mm galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including G.I. Strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel (and 50mm boreGI light grade pipe for protection of G.I strip) to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead and connecting to the eqpt, viz transformer, L.T. kiosk, H.T.lightening arrestors etc. including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I 2009 including PCC chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S. angle iron frame, C.I. Cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20mm dia light grade G.I. Pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto M.S. funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement, M& L complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil strata and testing complete all as specified and directed.
