Cleaning of sedmentatoin Tank

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed upto all leads and lifts.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor two ceiling and removal of the same for instu- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- a) Columns, pilasrs, post and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement: 2sand: 4 greaded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in a)foundation & Plinth

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat with reguler modified polyster (RNP) organic coated of 20 microns over 5 micron primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 micron primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted limpet & rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat with reguler modified polyster (RNP) organic coated of 20 microns over 5 micron primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 micron primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, Bolts, and Nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hosting, fixing in position and appling a priming coat of red lead paint:- (a) In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.

Supplying & Fixing Expended matel wood/Steel Members in partitons etc. weight not exceeding 3kg/Sqm

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint otyher than white.
