Shifting of the outer units of Package AC plant and allied works installed at Spinal ward of GMCH Jammu so the work of repairs/maintaince can be carried out on it. The job includes fabrication of structural steel work of platform, in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of 2 layers of approved steel primer and after that a coat of enamel. The Platform should be made of M S Angle 50x50x6 mm and MS Flat 50x6 mm and the size should be 4’ X 8’ and having slanting supports of MS angle welded with the available Iron railing . Complete job includes cost of material, taxes, skilled labour charges, to and fro charges etc. Complete Job.

Shifting of 22 TR Package unit from its installed position to the newly fabricated MS platform. The job includes disconnecting all the electrical and mechanicl connections and dragging the unit manually by the help of skilled labour to its new position. Then checking of leakages in copper piping circuit by filling nitrogen gas in the system,performing the leakage test by applying soap water solution over condenser Coils, and observing for bubble formation and remaining the Nitrogen gas then repairing of condenser coils at leakage spots by way of copper brazing. The entire system is to be first tested at low pressure and then at high pressure to make sure that there are no more leaks in the system and then vacuumising the system with deep vacuumising, up to 30 microns & charging of (R-22)24 Kg approx in the package unit .The job also includes p/f of outdoor condenser motor with fan blade – 01No, drier core- 01 No contactor-02 No, relay -01No expansion valve -01No, V-Belts in place of damaged ones and also replacement of damaged internal wiring of panel and testing and commissioning of the package unit on full load.
