SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC in CM 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:4) on fair faces of brick work/stone masonry/ concete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with nerro finish using WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or old plastered surface by cleaning and washing of wall, floor and ceiling by alum and applying two coats of Dr. Fixit (Pidifin 2K) or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:4) on fair faces of brick work/stone masonry/concete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:6) on fair faces of brick work/stone masonry/concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in facia or ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of approved tint over and including one coat of wall care putty 2 to 3mm to get uniform smooth surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, un-courses, with best quality locally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt stone etc, well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 18 above but except stone. Note: Old stone obtained against dismantling/demolition shall be used.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.(inner girth only measured)

Dismantling old plain or corrugated rusted steel sheeting, any gauge and thickness in roof covering including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber boarding, any description, fixed in position with nails complete all as specified and directed. (Old structure to be replaced with steel members)

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates dtc Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes,without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, compete all as specified and directed. (Colour as approved by GE)

M&L pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, facia and fixed with self tapping screws as specified. (Colour as approved by GE)

M&L preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and appliying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC M10 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/footpath finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of roof treatment including APP membrane,PCC padding, plastering, brick bat etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing the surface of roof slab by brushing with wire brashes for removal of loose materials etc and sweeping with brooms, gunny bags and finally remove dust by compressed air by compressor complete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying neat cement slurry with 3Kg of cement slurry per sq.m mixed with liquid water proofing compound on surfaces of roof and platering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.40 litres per sqm conforming IS-3384 and laid a layer of APP polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.0 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not lass than 150gm/sqm) by toarch application method complete all as per manufacturer instructions and sealing all the over lap shall be minimum 75mm in length side and 100mm on with side. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal Mix), type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs, mud stops, roof padding over APP etc using water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of Honeycomb, construction joint, cracks repair and injection ground reconditioning of RCC water tank as follow:- (i) Chipping all loose concrete and cement plaster on the surface and desilting if any. (ii) All construction cold joints and cracks cutting 8mm 20mm (U, V shape). Cleaning of joints properly bond coat of SBR based bonding agent slurry coat. Filing of joints cracks with high strength durable strong structural repair polymer fiber reinforced modified mortar- Shall Fix-FRM & Shalimar DAM-lt. (iii) Drilling holes in the concrete surface using electric drill for fixing of PVC Nozzles (4 to 6 inch DISTANCE) at specified joints areas only wherever cracks, construction joints and honey comb area only using 12-14 mm dia. Drilled upto 6 inch deep in the RCC structure placed ans fixed with STP quick setting under water repair mortar. Chemical to be injected by using manual pump at pressure of up to 40 psi injecting STP SHALI GROUT IP or SHALI SBR NON SHRINK FLOWABLE POLYMERISED LIQUID- pressure through injection pump. Checking & sealing removing of nozzles after injection process is over. (iv) After successful surface preparation apply PRIMER + 3 COAT of SHALICEM EWP. Highly Elastic Cementitious Elastomeric coating with reinforcement fiber glass net of 40/50 gsm- food grade coating with sorinkaling of sand.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II Supply and erecting factory made steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron/mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified 410-SP-31 (9 metre long) conforming of IS-2713 (Part-I & II), welded and reduced section and longitudinal weld seam throughout entire length of pole, duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and remaining external portion of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, after erecting painting to pole upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and white strips 30 cm wide each strip (05 Nos) including marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 10cm height with red colour enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) Excavation, earthwrok and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule. (ii) Srl number will be issued by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for base plate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Volume of pole/strut/stays embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation around the poles/stay etc. including necessary form work, finishing the exposed surfaces of the concrete even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Volume of pole/strut/stays embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment).

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping & bed block etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered agnels and throating including necessary form work, finishing the exposed surfaces of the concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Volume of pole/strut/stays embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the prupose of payment).

S&F in replacement security light fitting with road lighting LED 45W lumininaire including mountign bracket of GI pipe 32mm bore bend to shape with 2 Nos MS flat 32x3mm thick with suitable nuts & bolts for mounting the fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cable junction box made of thermoplastic, halogen free, weather proof with metric knock out for cable entry including four/five pole terminals and cable entry glands for incoming, outgoing and connection cable with protection grade IP-66/67 of size 205x255x112mm and suitable for LT underground cable any size/capacity including bracking clamps, bolts, nuts & washers compelte all as specified and directed.

S&F three core (3x1.5 Sqmm) flexible flat/round cable, copper conductor multistranded, PVC insulated and over PCC sheathed, 1100 volt, drawn through PVC conduit for connection to aviation/post top lantern from junction box to light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE LT cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 Core, 1100 volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and over all PVC sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and directed. (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection cover, cutting of road and protection pipe shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule/BoQ).

Supply and laying old size brick, size 250x125x75mm burnt clay building brick sub class 'B' for protection of LT U/G cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Supplying & laying GI tubing light grade 40mm dia for passing of cable/laid in trenches/fixed on pole/walls/laid under floors/road including fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective of schedule.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, errection of poles, struts / stays etc including taking out cable cover or stone slab, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding3.0 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, errection of poles, struts / stays etc including taking out cable cover or stone slab, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Diconnecting and taking out existing unserviceable light fitting of any description and in any position on poles and S&F 20W LED Post top lantern complete accessories to be fixed on pole/wall including connecting the fitting to control switch at the bottom of the pole with using 2.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement integral LED aviation light 10W comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs energy saving, environment friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium flood light with high power LEDs of 30W as light source, suitable for highlighting architectural features or area lighting & also suitable for rough services/installations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc including taking out old un-serviceable earthing, complete all as directed.

Note:-(i) The concrete pit shall be of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe up to 7.5m GI for protection of earth strip. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

S&F in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts, nuts of approved size for HT 25x20cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5mm thick for voltage upto 11 Kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of DI pipe 150mm bore with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast class-K-9 suitable for tyton joints, in any length, laid in trenches/pillars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for DI fittings such as bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type, bends, tee pieces single branch Y junction double branch, cross (all type socket as spigot and socket etc), collar, cap and plugs suitable for spigot and socket pipes upto 150mm bore including rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix wall mounting type panel with automatic star delta starter suitable for 22 KW motor of size 600mm (L) x 600mm (W) x 250mm (D) with overload relay of range 20-32 Amps, power contactors of suitable capacity, timer range and single phase preventor, ON/OFF actuators etc with MCCB 100 Amp, 4 Pole, 25 KA as main switch including taking down old un-serviceable panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, connecting and testing sluice valve 150mm bore cast iron body class-PN-1.6 with flanged ends drilled pipes, ISI marked (IS:14846:2000), having brass spindle with iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc including taking down old un-serviceable sluice valve all as specified and directed.
