Design including sub soil investigation (SSI), proof checking of design and drawings from IIT based on hydraulic data, ground data, sub soil data and works executed accordingly based on special conditions, particular specifications of the tender documents. Construction work includes preparatory works, erection of staging/ shuttering, placing of POT & POT cum PTFE bearings, provision of seismic arresters, steel superstructure through type including launching/erection and RCC decking, wearing coat having non skid surface in uniform thickness, strip seal expansion joints, RCC crash barrier, guard post, foot paths, kerbs, RCC hand rails, drainage spout, load testing of superstructure of bridge, service arrangement for utility, painting of all exposed steel works, protective works, temporary river training works and traffic diversion: and all other items of works required and necessary for the complete construction of bridge including curing but excluding works on approaches and approach slab.
