| 1.00Day-to-day maintenance of the entire electrical installations at Bishnupur Sub-divisonal Court with residential Quarters of Judges, Bishnupur SDO Office, allied offices, along with residential quarters, Treasury office and along with allied offices, Correctional Home, and Others govt. buildings as per the direction of EIC/AE/JE under Bishnupur Electrical Sub division and under the Bankura Electrical Division by deputing the required manpower as specified below, along with tools and plants as required, and essential regular maintenance materials such as different types of screws, nuts, bolts, washers, fuses, PVC insulation tape, PVC sleeves, loose wires, split pins for ceiling fans, dusters, staff uniforms, log books, registers, pens, markers, halemates, hand gloves with gumboots for operation of high-voltage equipment, first-aid box, umbrella, mask, sanitizer, PPE kits, goggles, protective body-wear, raincoats, etc., as required. | ||||||
| 1.01Charges for manpower deployment for day-to-day preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance within the said premises, to be carried out in two (02) shift per day, including working days and holidays, throughout the year, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). | ||||||
| 1.03The rate quoted shall be inclusive of: i) Operation on all working days, including holidays, and provision of off-day relievers. ii) Minimum labour wages as per prevailing Government norms, bonus, ESI, EPF, and all applicable taxes and duties, and shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned below. | ||||||
| 1.04The manpower requirement shall include, per shift: A) One (01) Skilled Electrician B) One (01) Unskilled Personnel for two (02) shifts per day, inclusive of provision of relievers for off-days. C) The timing of Shift One (01) and Shift Two (02) shall be as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). | ||||||

| 4.00Objective The guiding philosophy of this contract shall be “Public Interest”, and all activities shall be carried out accordingly. The objective of preventive and corrective maintenance is: To prevent fire hazards due to electrical short circuits or faults To ensure safety of occupants and the general public To minimize electrical breakdowns and associated downtime Any incident such as fire hazards, falling of ceiling fans/luminaries & suspended/pendent Electrical fittings, or similar occurrences due to lack of maintenance shall be viewed seriously, and the agency shall be held responsible. | ||||||
