Providing spot reconditioning, reconstruction and regravelling to repair specific erosion or other damages for restoring the eroded area to originally constructed cross section on cuts and fills slopes/shoulders conforming to Technical Specifications Clause no. 3002. Fill material should be brought from borrow areas located outside ROW conforming to Technical Specification no. 305. Watered and well compacted with plate compactor or power rammer with all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer (Quantity of compacted Fill material to be measured on cross sectional area basis)

Clearing and Grubbing Road Land .(Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not excee (i) By Manual Means;ding 150 mm in thickness.) Providing, Laying and compacting Granular Sub Base (GSB) with approved materials complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 401 conforming to Table 400-1 as per approval of Engineer-inCharge. (for grading-iii material)

Providing, laying and compacting Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) base course with approved materials complete as per Technical Specifications Clause no. 406 of MoRTH & as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and compacting Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam complete as per technical Specification Clause no. 505 including tack coat as per Technical Specifications Clause no.503 using VG 40 grade bitumen) [For Grade-II, [email protected]% rate]

Providing, laying and compacting Bituminous Concrete as per technical Specification Clause no. 507 including tack coat as per Technical Specifications Clause no. 503 using VG 40 grade bitumen) [For Grade-II, [email protected]% rate]

Restoration of Rain Cuts (Restoration of rain cuts with soil, moorum, gravel or a mixture of these, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300 mm width, laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compacting with plate compactor or power rammers to restore the original alignment, levels and slopes)

Hire charges for JCB machine for removal of Earth, debris, trees, plants, advertisement hoarding… etc. comp. including charges of driver, helper, fuel, oil etc. Completed.

Hire charges for tractor with trolly / blade on front and cultivator on back including Diesel, oil, operator, helper etc. comp. for earth work, carriage, removal of debris etc.

Supplying labour per day at site of work for different type of work as directed (with tools and plants)

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications (A) PCC Grade M15

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification (A) Grade M20

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar Fe 550D reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications

ROAD PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Type - A, "W" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier (Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811)

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.)

Supply & fixing cats eye (Stimsonite) made out Acrilo beautile sterine injuction high compressed molding with reflector made of MMC prismatic type size 12cms. x 6cms x 2.5cms. Provided with bituminous adhesive 100gms with each unit for fixing.

Applying two coats of Geru & Lime on tree up to 1.50 mtr height (1.20 mtr. Geru + 0.30 mtr. Lime including cost of la bour, material etc. complete. For Tree with all perimeter

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces (Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces)

Providing and fixing pre-cast Rubber Dye inter locking concrete block 60mm thick with grade of concrete M200 pnumatic compressed by mechanically pressed and as per approved design including 75mm Sand layer/Mixing of stone dust and 2-4mm grit pareticle for levelling and filling the joint with sand in proper line and level etc complete.
