Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation and trenches (for pipe and pits) in all kinds of soil such as pick jumper work, including saturated soil stacking the excavated soil with all leads and lifts and clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts including dressing of beds and sides and preparation of un metal led /metal led/ paved surfaces to its original conditions including shoring, strutting, timbering and dewatering whenever is required. Providing diversions for traffic, night signals fixing caution board crossing over trenches for access to houses complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge Pick and jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete in foundation and plinth and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Square rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundatoin and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) with in all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost ofcentering & shuttering in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above G.L to 1st floor level in cement mortor 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) 2nd class bricks complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above 1st floor level in cement mortor 1:4 (1cement: 4sand) 2nd class bricks complete in all respect and to the enitre satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Boulder filling behind retainig wall under floor with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearstory, windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position 2nd class deodar wood within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazed and pannelled, glazed or panelled shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws (a) 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood within all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clearstory windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws 2nd class deodar wood 40mm thick including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:-

Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor landings and the like up to 200mm thickness and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frames with ten millimeters dia of bolts nuts and wooden plug and embedding in cement concrete block 30x30x15, 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand: 6 graded stone) agg. 20mm in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat of rough side of brick/stone concrete walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth CM 1:6 (1cement: 6sand).

15mm cement plaster in single coat of rough side of brick/ stone/concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying of tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint and brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with in all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint and brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Enigneer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces ( two coats) to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt,dust, mortar and other foreign matter with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with dry distemper or approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and or required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including primer coat of whiting after, thoroughly brushing and surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc. with MS flat square or round bars with rounded headed bolts and nuts or by screws complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS sliding door bolts anodized colour and shade with nuts and screws complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Enigneer-in-charge.(300x16mm)

Supply and erection of GI pipe 4 mtr long having 65mm dia nominal bore planking depth 80cm with pit depth 95cm confirming to IS: 1239 Part-1 1968 including fixing upto given depth below ground level, the hole of ecavation about 30cm dia and given depth to be fitted a 15cm below ground level with Cc 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 grded stone agg. 20mm nominal size upto height of 45 cm below ground level. The radial thickness of the plinth above ground level shold not be less than 6.35 cm and sufficient to completely two way single pole neutral sheet steel MCBCB 240 voltage on recess complete with tinned copper busbar chamber neutral link detachable gland plates interconnection including painting earthing etc. having 15/16 amp rating L series MCB of single pole in the exisitng MCBCB complete with testing and commission etc. as required completein all respect
