Preparation and submission of detailed Architectural, Structural, Drainage, Landscape, Road i/c embankment & sub-grade, Car park shed etc. drawings including design for the work based on the tender drawing including conducting necessary soil investigation & testing etc. complete. Rate of items includes following stages: 1. Preparation of Preliminary drawings, working out the quantity of RCC & Reinforcement, BBS based on soil investigation report etc. for the proposed buildings, roads & associated works to be submitted for approval of Engineer-In-Charge. 2. After finalization of preliminary drawings. Submission of vetted "Good for Construction" drawings in six sets hard copy & soft copy . 3. Structural analysis & design of all buildings, roads & associated works as specified including reinforcement detailing etc. with relevant IS codes with upto date corrections. 4. All structural drawings & designs of buildings, roads & associated works along with design report shall be vetted by any NIT/IIT Engg. college and to be submitted in 6 sets (hard copy) and soil investigation & soil test reports in 3 sets (hard copy) along with soft copies. 5. Preparation & submission of detailed BOQ (Quantification) report based on NIT/IIT Vetted design & drawings for approval of Engineer-In-Charge (E-I-C). 6. Consultant to be appointed with prior approval of E-I-C i.e. registered architect with council of architecture. Visit of consultant during each stage & as and when desired by E-I-C during the time of execution of work.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from designated borrow pits with all lifts and leads upto 10km, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRTH Specification. (The rate shall include all neccessary charges for getting statutory permissions for excavating earth from borrow pits)

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer In-Charge. Note: 1. Initial and Routine Load Test shall not be carried out by Dynamic method of testing. Note: 2. Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-In-Charge. (i)Single pile above 50 tonne and upto 100 tonne Safe capacity. (a)Initial test (Test Load 2.5 times the Safe capacity)

Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by percussion drilling using Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical Winch Machine all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap): 500 mm Dia piles

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of Centering and shuttering: All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 coarse sand zone-III derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level: Thermo- Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more - CRS Steel

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of Centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge, for the following grades of concrete: All works upto plinth level: Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.

Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated concrete(AAC) blocks masonry with 150 mm to 300 mm thick with Grade-1 AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/cum conforming to IS:2185 (Part 3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames: 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames.

Providing and fixing stainless steel soft closing heavy type telescopic drawer channels of approved make 500 mm long with screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing ready made 304 grade stainless steel Modular kitchen basket and accessories such as right angle basket (Plain Cup & Saucer, plant, Partition, Bottle rack, Thali, Cutlery) kitchen utensil basket, Dinner set basket, kitchen grain basket, Multipurpose basket as per site requirement including finishing (wherever required) and fittings. The same shall be fixed with necessary stainless steel nuts & bolts, Stainless Steel screws & telescopic channel etc. as per direction of Engineer-incharge.(For payment purpose only weight of Stainless steel basket shall be considered excluding weight of all fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners telescopic basket channels etc. Payment of providing and fixing telescopic channel shall be paid separately)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily: Glazed vitrified floor tiles polished finish of size: Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm
