Scraping, cleaning of wire rope, rope drum, pulley and lubricating the wire rope with rope compound servo coat-140 or approved wire rope compound including setting the wire rope in proper alignment and position as necessary as per direction of EIC. The Cost includes cost of manpower employed, scaffolding charges, cost of kerosine, jute, wire brush, cloth, wire rope compound & all other incidental charges to complete the job in all respect.

Oiling greasing of hoisting gear boxes (for rope drum and chain hoist) of regulator gates of canal/rivers by cleaning, checking, greasing /lubricating the gears, plummer bocks, bearings, manual drive etc including all charges of man & materials which include oiling, greasing, refilling of gear oil excluding supply of gear oil and grease and fixing of damaged oil seals & missing nut & bolts etc complete as per direction of EIC.( Gear oil & Grease provided extra.) (At Beko-5Each)

Supplying and fitting fixing of heavy duty thrust bearing Koyo make/same standard with the hoisting assembly incl. all cost as required to complete the job as per direction of EIC. (Anticipated for all scheme )

Oiling greasing of headstock assembly (for screw hoist system) of regulator gates of canal/ river by cleaning, checking, greasing, screw rod, G.M nut, Thrust b e a r i n g , guide channel, etc including all charges of man & materials which include refilling of gear oil, oiling, greasing and fixing of missing nut & bolts & oil seals etc to complete the job as per direction of EIC (,Fuljhore-2 jobs,Bandhajore- 2 jobs,Lipania- 1job ,Tatko-2jobs, Mazra-1job,Total-8jobs).

Supplying, fitting & fixing Gun Metal Nut as per requirement having 1.5/2 T.P.I square thread for screw gearing arrangement, perfectly metting with the screw rod/gear rod for lifting the draw shutter as per direction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed, consumables like cutting tools, emery paper, cloths, , hire charges of machineries, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading.

Repairing the existing old gear rod upto 80 mm dia at site for renewing including depositing & machining & re-fitting the said item/new gear rod at site in proper position as per direction of E.I.C. including all charges complete, including oiling, greasing and replacing nuts and bolts etc. .(Anticipated-4no)

Taking out old existing unserviceable damaged gate shutter of canal/river completely after disengaging from hoisting system completelyfor installation of new gate shutter. The work includes cutting of gates into suitable pieces by gas cutting,removing the same by mechanical means or suitable crane, stacking all the pieces at the suitable placeor as directed by the Engineer in charge up to a lead of 1000m.The cost includes cost of manpower employed for dismantling andcost of consumables like oxygen, acetylene gas, welding rod, hire charges of machineries, like chain pulley block, gas set, grinding machine,welding set,tools & tackles,scaffolding and safety equipment’s etc. including carriage loading & unloading. The cost ofcomplete dismantling of hoisting system & cost of old unserviceable materials handed over to departmental go down including loading & unloading will be provided extra. a)Gate shuteer size up to 4.00 sq.m

Cost for dismantling old unserviceable roller path / Guide Channel/seal path etc of gate shutter of River/Canal from existing civil structure for replacement as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.The cost includes cost of man power employed for dismantling. Payment will be made as per actual length of roller path / rubber seal path..

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m. (b) above 150 mm. thick

Cost for dismantling different types rubber seal from gate shutter as per direction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of man power employed for dismantling, hire charges of tools & tackles,scaffolding and safety equipments etc including carriage loading & unloading. a) Gate shuteer size upto 10 Sq.m

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns,lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety

Plaster(to wall, floor,ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar. Fabrication , supply, erection and commissioning of embeded parts consisting of seal beam, Guide channel with all accessories for vertical gate of canal/river made of MS material consisting of angle, channel, beam, plate, flat, etc. conforming to IS : 2062 - 2011/latest revision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, ligning, nchoring, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting).

Cost for supply & fitting fixing of new neoprene rubber seal as per IS-11855-1986 with M.S. Flat of size 50 mm. x 10 mm. , G.I. CS Bolts & Nuts with wahser of size dia = 1/2" L=2.5", araldite for rubber seal corner joint as required rubber seal as given below, the cost includes materials cost, welding & drilling cost, hire charges of T&P, transportation, man power etc. to complete the job at site as per direction of E.I.C. Cost for supply and fitting fixing of new neoprene rubber seal of solid bubble musical note type of size flat portion 100 mm. x 12 mm. bubble OD = 32mm, but excluding cost of MS plate,nut,bolts etc.

Cost for dismantling different types rubber seal from gate shutter as per direction of E.I.C. Cost for supplying and fitting fixing of Flat rubber seal (Make : Universal Moulders & Engineer/Popular Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd/SAB Industries/Unique PolymerWorks/equivelant approved make conforming to lS : 11855 -2011/Latest Revision) for different types of gate shutter as per direction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of man power employed for fitting fixing, cost of rubber seal, hire charges of tools & tackles, scaffolding and safety equipments etc including carriage loading & unloading but excluding supply of ms clamp/ flat plate, bolts, nuts and washer. g)100 x20 mm(for bottom portion)

Cost for supplying and fitting fixing of new flat type neoprene side rubber seal of size 150mm(w)×12mm(t) as per 15-11855-1986 with M.S. Flat of size 50 mm. x 06mm, G.I. CS Bolts & Nuts with wahser of size dia = 1/2" L=2.5", araldite for rubber seal corner joint as required. The cost includes fitting fixing of new rubber seal welding & drilling cost, hire charges of T&P transportation, man power etc to complete the job at site as per direction of E.LC but excluding cost of MS plate,nut,bolts etc.

Repairing/replacement/strengthening of damaged/heavily corroded portion of cross/horizontal/vertical steel members such as skin plates, stiffener, girders, rope bracket,screw rod fixing bracket etc.of spillway gates/H.R gates/canal gates and other similar MS member which includes dismantling of damaged portion of structural members and fabrication and finishing to the required shape & size as per direction. The Cost includes cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting,aligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing,Consumables,Carriages and all over heads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification(with out painting).

Surface cleaning of metal surfaces by chemical cleaners and then by hand with emary paper, wire brush and power tool cleaners and removing dust and preparation o f surface including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, scaffolding, etc., complete with initial lead for sand upto 1 km and all lifts.

Painting of embedded parts, all types of gates, stoplogs and barscreen/gratings etc on prepared surfaces with one coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer (airless s p r a y preferred)70+/ - 5 micron and two super coats with a total thickness of 300 microns (each 150+/- 5) of solventless coaltar epoxy paint each coat 150 microns ( total 300 microns) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc., complete with all leads and all lifts.

Painting hoist structural components, tressle bridge ,crane, lifting beam, cat work bridge and other similar structure on prepared surfaces with two coats of zinc phosphate primer (airless spray preferred) 40 microns/coat and followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint 25 microns/coat including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc., complete with all leads and all lifts.

Fitting fixing of gate shutter in its vent without damaging the exiting pier and hoisting assembly by lifting the segments of gate in proper position and holding the segment by chain pulley and welding the segments of gate to complete the job as per E.I.C. including cost including cost of labour charges, cost of oxy-acetylene gas, hire charges of welding set, hire charges of DG set, hire charges of T&P, hire charges of any special lifting devices such as movable crane and holding device as chain pulley and any other necessary equipments,, scaffolding charges etc. and other incidental charges as required.
