Taking down existing grating of PTMT/SS for removal of blockage from floor/ Nahani traps, including removal of white cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) the work will be carried out on complaint basic, day to day as recorded by the users in complaints register. The contractor/ rep of the contractor will collect the complaint slips from B&R complaint cell located near GE(AF) chandigarh office by 9.00AM and submit the complaints reports of the same each day by 1730hrs after rectification, failing which penal recovery @ Rs. 50.00 per complaint will be recovered from contractor's dues. (b) Urgent manpower for removal of blockage of any type, may be required to be provided by the contractor in day or night(on sunday or holiday) on a short notice. If the contractor fails to provide manpower for the specific work, manpower for the same work will be hired from any other source for that urgent job by the deparment & shall be paid in full by the contractor without any extra cost to the deparment.

Removing blockage from water closet(Indian or European type)' Urinals, WHBs, Floor/Nahani traps, gully trap etc including getting out solid/ liquid / foreign matter/ mud deposited and removing the same in the hygienic manner outside MoD land to make the sewage waste/ sludge watse flow free up to first manhole, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in - Charge. Note: urgent manpower for removal of blockage of any type will be provided by Contractor in day or night (on sunday or holiday) on a short notice of Engineer-in-Charge , if contractor fail to provide that specific work, manpower for the same work will be hired from any other sources for that urgent job by the deparment shall be paid in full by the contractor without any extra cost to department. Rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:4), on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep as in soft/loose soil and getting out, triming sides and bottom to required level/slope, watering and well ramming for foundation etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 39 here in before but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old Serviceable bricks retrieved vide serial item No 17 shall be reused after proper cleaning and washing.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced n. exc 15cm thickness of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for removal of debries outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete( 1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete( 1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in forming channels, benching, bed plate, coping and like, including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/chequred tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises of outside MoD land, including preparation of of dismantled surface area to receive backing coat/bedding layer for tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick(squaqre or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but not exceeding 0.18Sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match , in wall tiles, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick CM(1:3), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour,75mm thick, PCC (1:3:6) type C2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, laid in slope (1:20) as in plinth protection including making joints at 3.00 interval and at each corner.The joints shall be filled with mastic filling(to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 and two parts heated sand(by volume), finihing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and dircted. Note: The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in lenght and width of joint shall not be more then 12mm.

M&L reinforced cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 , using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, as in precast cover slab for manhole including necessary form work and set in cement mortar(1:6), complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair, water closet(Squatt pattern) including foot rest, vitreous china(white), first quality water closet, Orissa pattern size 580X440mm with integral foot rests, including 100mm cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap and 100mm cast iron sanitary connection socket to fit WC outlet , complete including fixing of flush pipe with seat and making good the disturbed floor surfaces to match with existing and making connections serviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair, vitreous china wash down water closet EWC (pedestal pattern) white including fixing bolts, plastic seat and cover white with mild steel chromium plated or annodised hinging devices, connected to drain outle, and removal old from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair plastic seat cover black/ white, closed patternwith flat bottom eith mild steel chromium plated or annodised hinge devices, fixed as in to padestal pan, and removal old from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, PVC low level, white, flushing cistern valveless, symphonic action type, 10litre capacity with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including PVC flush pipe 32mm dia with bend and a pair of mild steelangle iron brackets of suitable size including PVC connection 450mm, and making necessary connection to water supply pipe line and WC, complete all as specified and directed.
