Providing Granular Sub base/ base/ surface course with 70% gravel + 30% dust (Table400.13) by mix in place method normal construction of granular sub base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 MORD.

Supply and fixing of C.C. Kerb not less than M30 strength of size 600 X 400 X 110 mm thick with bottom thickness of 110 mm up to height of 350 mm and top width of 50 mm thick chamfering with 45° at starts at 350 mm height to 400 mm height as selected by the Engineer-in-charge from approved source/ factory which is laid on existing CC Bed in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required and including cost and conveyance of all materials & labour charges including transportation from approved source, loading & unloading charges including contractor profit & overhead charges complete for finished item of work..

Manufacture, supply, delivery and fixing of Window grills, Compound wall grills, Iron Doors, Windows made with MS flats etc including welding, finishing, applying red oxide paint as primary coat etc complete unit 1.00 kgs

Supply, manufacture and installation of Street furniture as per the design specified and authorised by the Architect-in-charge, with countertop seating finished with 16mm thick Cement Bonded Particle Designer board available Designs Lumber/Quadra/Murk. Standard size of bench seating design specified and authorised by the Architect-in-charge Considering 4 serving counters per each commercial module. (as per quotation)
