Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for taking up/laying cable/pipe etc complete all as apecified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point for Soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying ductile iron Socket and Spigot pipe, Class K-7 100 mm bore dia Pipes having inside cement mortor lining and Out side Zinc Coating followed by Bitumen Coat in any length laid in trenches or on supports including making alteration in existing /new pipe line for insertion of new pipe if required complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying in trenches/ Walls 50mm GI medium grade, ISI marked with GI fitting such as tees,bend,elbows connecting to existing water main incld necessary fittings as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix accessories, CI/DI specials confirming to IS 1578 of 196 (any type radius and angle) such as bends, tapers, straight, increasing / decreasing or double socket / flanged end collars, connecting pieces with existing header / pipe line by welding etc, as required at site upto 200mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix new Gun metal globe / gate valve, screwed down high pressure with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for GI/PPR pipe including all fittings / fixtures like nipple, union etc complete for following sizes all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix SS Spindle CI sluice valve PN 1.0, long body, confirming to IS- 14846 : 2000. Complete and testing all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling of sluice valve 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 900x900x1050mm suitable for valves up to 200 mm size, with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for foundation, brick work in CM 1:6, rendering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound, coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, including necessary earth work, form work and provision of MS sheet cover of thickness not less than 2.80 mm on 50 x 50 x 6.0 mm Angle iron frame with locking arrangement, including painting over MS surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking branch connection from existing pipe line/ valve pit etc including TEE ,reducer, lead/ rubber for fixing/jointing of size 100 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC work road cutting, platform and other misc pedestal supports, type C1, mixing ratio 1:3:6 using 20mm gradded aggregate complete including form work etc all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable CI/GI water main from trenches including fittings / fixtures like bend, Tee, Union, Elbow etc with flanged ends of 80/100 mm size all as specified and directed.

Relaying of reterived pipe CI/GI tubing obtained from Srl item No.12 here-in-before above after cleaning the pipes internally and externally with all fittings laid in trenches, floor, under road wall ceiling, floors etc for 80/100mm sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Note for all items :- If any item gets repeated in this schedule, the lowest rate quoted for those same items by the L-1 bidder shall be considered for payment and decision of Accepting Officer i.e. GE(AF) Baroda in this regard shall be final and binding.
