Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in small lintels not exceeding 1.5m clear span up to floor five level, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but, excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone- III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources ).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion (i)Single socketed pipes.

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hardwood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

French spirit polishing :

One or more coats on old work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead :

Checking and attending minor repair work of water supply and sanitary installations, wood work, aluminium work and drainage lines including arresting leakage in bibcocks, flushing system etc by replacing the damaged spindles etc, Easening of door/window shutter including taking out the shutter, refiixing after necessary repairs including the cost of screws, beadings etc, minor repair work of floors, walls, toilets, floors around W/C , wash basin . Sink etc., as directed by the engineer in charge
