Earthwork in excavation in all types of soil by mechanical / manual means of required width for pipes, cables, drains or any other similar work including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of the surplus excavated soils with all lead and lift including clearing vegetation, danger lighting and using sight rails and boning rods at every 100m interval wherever necessary including the cost of labour, tools and plants and barricading, dewatering, backfilling. Rate are all inclusive including removal and cleaning of site in all respect and any other item required for the completion of work in all respect as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

upto 1.5 m depth

Dismantling of bituminous road including Water bound macadam manually or by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with all lead and lift and as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( All thickness of existing BT and WBM)

Demolishing cement concrete road of all grade and thickness by manually/mechanical means including disposal of material with all lead and lift and as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of paver blocks / Brick on edge flooring of all thickness, manually or by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all lead and lift,as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Demolishing Brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with all lead and lift at suitable site including cost of labour, tools and plants, transportation of material for disposal by any means etc. as per specifications and as directed by Engineer incharge

Demolition of RCC and CC works ( Other than roads)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ mechanical means including disposal of material with all lead and lift for 1:3:6 or richer mix as per specifications and as directed by Engineer incharge

Demolishing reinforced cement concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with all lead and lift and as per specifications and as directed by Engineer incharge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering-All works upto plinth level Cement Concrete M15 1:2:4(1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including necesarry ramming and consolidation,curing etc. and as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Brick Work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth In Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm Cement Plaster of mix 1:4 (Cement: coarse Sand) with a floating coat of neat cement inside of drain

20 mm Cement Plaster of mix 1:4 (Cement: coarseSand) outside drain

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, M20 (1:1.5:3) with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate for RCC cover slab and RCC coping frame at opening , excluding th cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-- at all levels, Including necesarry ramming and consolidation,curing etc. and as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of column, etc.

Providing, supplying and fabricating of Thermo-mechanically treated reinforced steel of Grade Fe 500D of various diameters including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, lapping and/or tack welding wherever required, placing in position, tying with binding wire of approved quality and 16 SWG gauge including the cost of binding wire and anchoring to adjoining members wherever necessary including all laps and wastages etc., with all lead and lifts and cost of labours,tools,tackles complete as per design, specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, M20 (1:1.5:3) with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate for RCC road crossing box drain, excluding th cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-- at all levels, Including necesarry ramming and consolidation,curing etc. and as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of column, etc

Providing, hoisting and fixing up to plinth level precast reinforced cement concrete work in slab cover on drain, copings, anchor blocks etc, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but, excluding cost,of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required :In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
