Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specification.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Slip clearance (by manual means) of loose earth and other small loose materials including disposal complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Self Drilling Anchors (32mm dia, avg. yield strength - 560 N/mm2, 3m deep, spacing 3m c/c) including grouting for full length of the drilled hole, all anchor bars, nuts, and base plates epoxy coated, complete. as per site requirement including all cost labour, material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Only for Top and Bottom Rows )

Drilling, Supply and fixing PVC Weep hole pipe 90mm dia by wogan drill or rock rill 120mm dia including cost of PVC Pipe filter media geotextile, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including cartage, all labour, material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply of 9mm thick Cementitous Composite Geotex Carpet (CCGC), including cost of labour, material, transportation and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying and fixing of 9mm thick Cementitous Composite Geotex Carpet (CCGC), including cost of hardware for fixing, labour, material, transportation upto the hill above the main entrance of Chibro Powerhouse and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Installation of Rock Fall Barrier system kit of type, Capacity : 3000 KJ, Post to Post Distance – 10m, Height of Barrier – 4m, each Sections of 10m Length as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including cartage, all labour, material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing Debris flow Barrier comprising of Ring Nets and Double Twisted hexagonal Mesh including all accessories like u clamps, thimbles, anchorages etc. complete and as per technical specifications, Post to Post Distance – 10m, Height of Barrier – 4m, each Sections of 10m length, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including cartage, all labour, material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (barrier wil be provided as per requirement of site across the piers of rails and across the debris flow Channel above the portal)

Providing and fixing G.I chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including cartage, all labour, material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4mm

Disposal of rubbish/Debris outside the nigam's area as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including cartage, all labour, material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Attending minor type of repair etc. for full day by engaging and supplying one suitable Beldar/mazdoor/sweeper for carrying simple type of repairing /cleaning of all work including all T&P etc. complete but excluding cost of material.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer for miscellaneous works of catwalk way, approach stair etc. all complete:

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note: - (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.
