Urgent mechanical work to be carried out at various lift irrigation Schemes (Janbazpora-II, Kanispora, Zandfaran Zogiyar and Gantamulla).

Amount

a. Repairs to 250mm dia sluice valve (02 no) of lift irrigation scheme Kanispora by way of dismantling of damaged spindle & wedge nut of both valves with the help of skilled labour & shifting it to workshop in private vehicle for repair work. The job includes the charge for fabrication of new SS spindle & wedge by way of machining process with the help of skilled labour. The job also includes the charge of palmetto packing, R.I cloth etc. for the completion of work. Then shifting it to site in private vehicle, fitted it properly in both valves & tested on full load. The job also includes the charge for supply of 100mm rubber washers (6no), Nuts& bolts of one inch for sluice Valves (20no), coupling bolts of one inch (12 no), gland cup of 05 cusec Hz split casing pump (2no). Grease (2kg) for the completion of work. b. Repairs to 400 mm dia M.S rising main at 02 major leakage spot at lift irrigation scheme Zandfaran in orchard by way of earth excavation approx. 1feet with the help of manual labour to rectify the leakage spots and welding it properly with superior quality electrodes & then using M.S flat plate of 3mm thick, 75mm width over cracked portion to make joint strong & leak proof. The job also includes the charge for minor leakage at 04 spots along 400mm dia M.S rising main at various cracked portions of pipe, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of 3mm thick wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load. c. Repairs to 300 mm dia M.S foot valve unit no.02 of lift irrigation scheme Gantamulla installed on suction side by way of extraction of foot valve from their installed position with the help of skilled labour, then shifting it to loading site, then loaded in private load carrier to workshop for repair work. The job includes the charge for repair hinges, weight plate, welding to damaged area by way of welding /patching etc. for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for p/f of new washers, nuts & bolts, repairs to strainer by way of replacement of damaged square bar with new one wherever required for the completion of work. After proper repair at workshop, shifting it to site in private vehicle fitted it properly and tested on full load. (01 no). d. Repairs to 20 cusec end suction pump of lift irrigation scheme Janbazpora-II by way of dismantling pump from coupling with the help of skilled labour, then replaced damaged thrust bearing 34776 and ball bearing 27661 (01 no each) with new one of SKF/Reputed make for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge of greasing palmetto packing, M-oil as per requirement, tools & tackles, skilled labour, puller etc for the completion of work. After completion of work at site, the pumping unit should be tested on full load.
