DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES OF ESTATE DEPARTMENT IN BHEL TOWNSHIP, HARIDWAR

Day to day resolution of complaint pertaining to Trimming and cutting of trees by mechanical means/manual which includes ascending or descending on the trees. Loading, unloading, stacking, cleaning of wood waste (wood chips, dust, tree's branches etc) from the site. Disposal of the same waste in nearby low lying area or as direction of engineer I/C complete in all respects. The activity will be done maintaining the safety standard. Cutting of tree shall be done after taking clearance from Forest department.

Day to Day activity of Demolition of unauthorised immovable assets of encroacher by mechanical means/manual . Loading/ unloading including transportation of demolished assets to the estate department as per direction of engineer I/C complete in all respects. Provide assistance to surviellance team during inspection or checking in Township Area As per requirement of the jobs , all T&P i.e JCB, HYDRA, VEHICLES shall be provided by BHEL free of cost.

Day to day activity of Ludo Club pertaing to Upkeep of Lido club, parinay sthal which includes Cleaning / sweeping inside area i.e wedding hall, rest rooms, washroom, bathroom and near by outside area of Lido Club / parinay Sthal or as direction of by Engineer-in-charge.
