Supply & fixing of precast RCC Round type cable manhole chamber of Dia.(I.D.) 1.0M and height 1.0M with all around(i/c base but except top cover) wall thickness not less than 100mm. with top cover made of 10mm thick MS iron sheet having dia 1.2 Meter fixing in position and applying two priming coat of approved steel primer and one topcoat synthetic enamel black paint using structural steel etc. (2 nos. 50 X 50 X 6mm angle welding across the diameter for strength and 3 Nos. 12mm rod for handle ) chamber should have two clear holes each on 180 degree from centre & 300 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 160 mm dia HDPE pipe Including excavation in soft/ hard soil and consolidating with excavated earth all around the chamber by ramming and watering etc. as per tender specification and site requirement.
Supply & fixing of 100 mm dia Medium class GI pipe of approved make in in hard rock/bitumenous/concrete surface at a depth of 60 cm (width shall be as per site requirement but not less than 150mm) including getting out the excavated rock/bolder and disposal of excavated rock/bolder as directed within a lead of 50 metres and refilling the trench completely by providing PCC(1:2:4) after fixing, cutting & laying of pipe. providing coupler at both ends of GI pipe, making the top surface smooth finish etc. complete as per site requirement.(For road crossing)
Supply & fixing of 100 mm dia Medium class GI pipe of approved make across trench/ditches including making hole in retaining wall at a depth of more than 1 Mtr & fixing pipe with PCC(1:2:4) and making the existing wall good. coupler shall be provided at both ends of GI pipe by making threads at pipe end. GI pipe should be fixed in such a way that at least 1 Mtr. pipe shall be protruding outward at both ends of trench/ditches. The work shall be inclusive of accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete as per site requirement.(For Drain crossing)

Dismantling of high mast of size upto 18.0 meter with following works:- (i) Removing of all LED Flood light fittings & obstruction light including dismaling of lantern carriage, disconnecting of ERP Cable, steel rope, pully, bulldog grip etc. and storing the fittings in AAI Store. (ii) removing of High Mast from it's foundtion with the help of hydra/crane after opening all the nuts & bolts, disconneting feeder cables & Earthing strip and transporting the dismaltled high mast and it's accessories to it's new installing location (up to a distance of 300 meters).
Re-Erection of high mast of size upto 18.0 meter with following works:- (i) Designing the best suitable lighting scheme with the help of software Agi32 or better. The lighting scheme must comply para 5.3.24 of "DGCA CAR Section 'B', Part I". The designing shall be done considering all the 6 Nos. existing High Masts and LED fittings. (ii) Making foundation at new location as suggested in designing scheme(point no. i) including excavation, PCC/RCC, J-bolts, templates etc. as required complete for foundation. The dimension and strength of the new foundation should be as per the foundation drawing which shall be vetted from structural engineer. (iii) Erection of High Mast pole, assembling all parts including NUTs & Bolts, Lantern carriage, steel rope, ERP Cable, pully, bulldog grip etc. (iv) fixing of all LED fittings i/c interconnection as per lighting scheme, fixing of obstruction light, connection of all feeder cables, ERP Cables, Industrial sockets etc. Note:- Any work required to complete the above job successfully are included except supply of any new spares for the purpose of replacing the existing damaged spares(Spares, if required, will be provided by AAI).

Making two nos. holes in existing CI housing box(installed in operational area) of suitable size to receive 50mm HDPE pipe with the help of gas cutter machine/ electric cutter machine and making the hole smooth with the help of file grinder machine. This work is including dismantling and re-installation of fittings and any excavation around housing box required for proper operation of gas cutter / file /grinder as per site requirement. Both holes shall be 50mm below from top surface of CI box .(two nos. hole in one box = one set)
Laying of 50mm. dia.(O.D.) HDPE(High Density Polyethylene) pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. on existing trench between the transformer housing boxes complete as per site requirements etc. complete as required.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4(1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) on existing grooves or as per requirement on taxi/runway shoulders and finishing the top surcace matching to existing surfaces etc. complete as required.
Laying of one number 6/16 Sqmm. 5 KV grade single core, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor underground airfield lighting cable in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe complete as required.
Making field connections by crimping 6 / 16 Sq.mm plug and receptacle with the existing 6 / 16 Sq.mm single core PVC insulated copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material, applying good quality HT tape & followed by PVC insulation tape of approved/reputed make etc complete as required.
Installation of Omni-directional, INSET type of APRON/TAXI EDGE light fittings , installation of isolation transformer, interconnection, testing, commissioning including thoroughly cleaning the fixtures and its accessories before installation including core/groove cutting of the hard standing & alignment of fittings with instruments and jointing with existing pipes for wires including fixing the fitting using quick setting sealant compound etc. complete as required.
Dismantling & Re-installation Bi-directional/unidirectional/omnidirectional, ELEVATED type of RUNWAY EDGE LIGHT/ TURNING PAD LIGHT/ TAXIWAY EDGE LIGHT and its supporting pipe fitting etc. i/c base plate, isolating transformers from transformer housing box after opening the base plate and M10 size SS/MS hardware, cleaning of outer glass/filter/reflector with cleaning agent after dismantling and re-installating the same after HDPE Pipe and airfield cable laying including fixing of isolating transformer etc. complete as per site requirement.
Providing and laying 4 Sq.mm FRLS wire (Yollow with green strip) along with cable for loop earthing i/c lugs/thimble as required.
Supply of 2 x 4 Sqmm TPR/EPR insulated TPR/PCP sheathed anti termite & anti rodent stranded copper conductor airfield lighting cable of 1.1 KV grade secondary lead cable with moulded connector (male) on one side as per IS 6380 of following length. 0.5 Meter
