SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I : BOQ OF WORKS FOR DESIGN AND DRAWING WORKS.

Design of RCC retaining wall including all requisite parameters and site investigations by approved consultant and vetted from any NIT/IIT institute for structure stability, safety and duly approved by HQ CWE (Hills) Pithoragarh after finalisation of drawings, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Cost of all overhead expenses required for vetting of drawings, transportations, accommodations of designer shall be deemed included in quoted rates. (ii) Designer shall be as per latest approved list issued by E-in-C (iii) Scope also includes carrying out soil testing investigation and soil stability analysis of site at Joshimath

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II : BOQ OF WORKS FOR RETAINING WALL WORKS.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates, grills excl framed truss etcl

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but exc 1.5 m depth but n exc 3.00 M and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but exc 3 m depth but n exc 4.50 M and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix as in footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like of any thickness above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses and making necessary weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter, flat, rough finish surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like including attached pilasters and buttresses and similar work vertical or to batter, flat, fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape etc, including binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed for weep holes, in any length with rubber ring joints complete all as specified and directed.

Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls with broken stone or bouders and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil n exec. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 mavove the starting point complete all as specified and directed

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L preparation steel surfaces with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying cable, pipe lines, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix in surface channels and drains, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, as in coping/ benching , including weathering, throating and necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of on brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in base/floors and finishing surfaces of concrete in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less→ etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming 20 mm thick Expansion joints for thickness of concrete slab 150 mm, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for forming Construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, complete all as specified and directed .

Labour for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming, complete all as specified and directed.
