Drilling trial bore hole by direct or reverse rotary combination rig plant and equipment through any kind of soil/rock strata by drilling not less than 250mm bore hole upto 350 mtr depth below ground level with and including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr complete all as specified & as directed.

Expanding trial bore direct or reverse rotary combination rig plant and equipment through any kind of soil/rock strata by drilling not less than 680mm bore hole upto 120 mtr for 350 mm casing pipe from ground level with and including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr complete all as specified & as directed.

Expanding trial bore by direct or reverse rotary combination rig plant and equipment through any kind of soil/rock strata by drilling not less than 680mm bore depth exceeding 120 mtr for 250 mm with and including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr complete all as specified & as directed. Notes for serial No 1 to 3:- (a) Direct drilling or reverse rotary combination rig plant of suitable capacity along with necessary tools/equipment for drilling bore well shall be arranged by the contractor under his own arrangements . (b) Hire charges for the Rig Plant and its transportation to site and removing from site after completion of the work shall be deemed to be included in the rates as quoted and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (c) The work will be carried out at one location as directed by GE/Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, lowering and fixing into bore hole 350mm bore dia MS casing pipe ERW, 8mm wall thickness in six metre length having threading and welding at both ends externally complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, lowering and fixing into bore hole 250mm bore dia MS casing pipe ERW, 8 mm wall thickness in six metre length having threading and welding at both ends externally complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, lowering and fixing into bore hole 250mm dia stainless steel slotted pipe of grade SS 304 , 8.2 mm wall thickness having longitudinal slotes of 1 mm width cut into the pipe including fixing/jointing to the casing pipe by threading and welding as per the strata and ground requirements complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing and lowering of centering guide into bore well made out of flat rings, ribs suitable for 350/250 mm nominal bore MS casing pipe complete all as specifcied and as directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel socket of size 350mm for connecting casing pipe with proper welding/ threading complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing mild steel socket of size 250mm for connecting casing pipe with proper welding /threading complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Mild steel reducer of size 350x250mm (nominal bore) having wall thickness 8mm, screwed and welded at both ends & including necessary fittings and jointing with jointing material complete all as specifcied and as directed.

Supply and fixing Bail plug/well cap of 6mm thickness suitable for 250mm nominal bore casing pipe having internal and external threading with rings, ribs and welded iron handles complete all as specifcied and as directed.

Supply and fixing housing clamp of suitable length/width made out of 20mm thick MS plate suitable for 350 mm (nominal bore) MS pipe with and including necessary bolts, nuts and twin washers complete all as specified & as directed .

Supplying, lowering and packing pea gravel of size 2mm to 8mm duly screened and washed around casing pipe and slotted pipes complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - For the purpose of measurement, gravel brought by the contractor shall be stacked properly at site & measurement of stacks shall be recorded before use and after use (left unused) to arrive at the net quantity of gravel used.

Development of tube well bore by compressor of capacity not less than 100 Cum/hr and 600 PSI till clear water is obtained including stabilization of the tube well and carrying out yield test indicating static water level, draw down complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of tube well bore by heavy duty submersible pump set of capacity not less than 20000 GPH so as obtain sand/silt free water upto 20 PPM complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Test record for the same duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge & contractor shall be kept on record .

Supplying and fabrication of strata sample box overall size 1200x750x100 mm made out of 18 to 20mm thick veneered particles board with frame made out of aluminium angle of size 25x25x2 mm having not less than 20 Nos partitions of size 150x100x100 mm made with 12mm thick commercial plywood and 25x25x2mm aluminium angle bearers with and including sliding type sheet glass 5mm thick cover with suitable size aluminium charfel frame alround with 2 Nos key holes made out of aluminium plate of size 40x25x3mm, aluminium handles as required and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamle paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface including writing name of the tube well, location and strata samples with depth complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Strata samples and strata chart shall be prepared & provided by the contractor without any extra cost .

Supply only drawing of assembly lowered alongwith bore well details on full scale size paper duly laminated and framed on and including 10mm thick commercial type veneered particle board complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of water sample for potability by chemical analysis as well as bacteriological potability from Govt Laboratory and submission of the report complete all as specifcied and as directed.

Electronic logging by means of electric logger for the total depth of tube well submission of 4 copies of logging sheet alongwith one original copy and its interpreation complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The bore hole shall be electrically logged for precise delineation of aquifer and the water bearing zones available which are to be tapped.

Supplying, lowering, jointing GI pipe medium grade duty 100mm internal dia 3 mtr long, with both ends threaded and continuous welded with heavy duty MS flanges 14mm thick , two Nos grooves for submersible cable and drilled 04 Nos hole, complete as column pipe including jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded mechnicaaly crushed stone aggregate as in filling all around the MS casing pipe below ground level to a depth as foundation / block etc including necassary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, lowering, installation, testing and commissioning for submersible pump with motor three phase 415 volts capacity 40 HP having 130-50 mtr head 600-1800 lpm discharge 8 staging, outlet delivery size 100mm suitable for 350mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Discharge case shall be fitted with suitable adopter of 100mm nominal bore 0.6mtr length threaded at one end and flanged at other end to match with column pipe duly fitted with 2 Nos. flat iron supports. The adopter shall be welded to GI pipe outlet and studded with discharge case.

Material and labour for ductile iron pipes with socketed and spigot ends suitable for tyton joints centrifugally cast (spun) class 'K-9' confirming to IS: 8329 in any length laid in trenches of 150 mm bore with cement mortar internal lining and external zinc coating with a bitumen finishing layer, including necassary joints/spares complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing and jointing Cast iron sluice valve, ISI marked, Class PN-1.6 with flanged and drilled ends, suitable for 150mm nominal bore pipe/fittings with iron wheel high tensile steel spindle with & including joints and jointing materials such as bolt, nuts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Supplying, fixing and jointing Non return valve of cast iron for 150mm bore pipe Class-I (ISI marked) with brass flap and seat without by pass engagement, flanged both ends, joints and jointing material such as nuts,bolts,washers, rubber gasket etc site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning under ground XLPE LT electric cable 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, PVC insulated and sheathed armoued electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor, of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988 as in trenches over brick and sand cushioning or along the wall/pole through pipe etc served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation and earth work, GI pipe, brick and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after the cable ,punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Supply and laying un-reinforced, precast concrete cable cover, class LV type 1, flat, with peak, size 250 mm x150 mm x40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying PVC submersible flat cable stranded copper conductor 25 Sqmm 3 core with and including nylon rope complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to GI plate with 32x6 mm GI earth strip upto 7.5 mtrs long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly including watering pipe GI 20 mm bore, light grade, including protection pipe GI medium grade 15mm bore for earthing lead, wire mesh, funnel,lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation and refilling pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1, precast RCC cover slab 50 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-1 using XPM reinforcement weighing not less 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover with CI frame all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I (2009), including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-- (i) Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe of earth lead shall be adjusted through DO. (ii) On testing if the earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at NO extra cost ,till the desired earth resistance is obtained.

Supply and fixing ductile iron fittings or specials for spigot & socketed and flanged pipe conforming to IS-9523, ISI marked,tee ,equal or unequal, dead flanges/plug, connecting pieces, tapers, collars reducers for pipe of size upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work and rubber gasket joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out cast iron water mains of size 150mm including all fittings with spigot and socked ends and lead joints including burning out joints and removing lead and depositing pipe and other material to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m but not exc 3.0 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for walls, shafts, manholes not exc 10 Sqm on plan or for laying pipe or cables or for errection of poles etc and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as directed

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 500 mtrs & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork, with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vibratory compacted, precast cement concrete rubber moulded, colored (except grey color), interlocking designer paver blocks in Milano shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade, as in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 25mm compacted sand cushioning including surface excavation over area n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and removing excavated soil exc 50mtr but n. exc 250mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point including depositing ,spreading and levelling in layers of hard core 100mm thick of stone boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm watering and well ramming, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation, testing connecting and commissioning LT Feeder piller box factory made CPRI type tested, outdoor KIOSK type plateform mounted dust and vermin proof made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA sheet with stoping canopy, double door front openable shutter and single door shutter in rear side with hinges and locking arrangements duly supported with 40x40x6 mm MS Angle iron and 50x8 mm MS flat iron frame drilled for fixing MCCBs/MCBs etc all as required duly fabricated and powder coated of apporved shade complete and with cable entry holes with necessary cable glands for incoming and out going cables and mounting of box in PCC grade M-15 plateform finished even and smooth using extra cement complete including supplying and fixing of the following comprising of the following items :- INCOMING:- (a) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts 36 KA rupturing capacity 160 amps adjustable type with current setting upto 70-80% of full load -01 No BUSBAR:- Copper busbar suitable for 415 volts 50 Hz AC 3 Phase 4 wire distribution system of capacity 300 Amps for RYB and 150 Amps for N duly insulated including necessary insulators nuts and bolts etc. OUTGOING:-(i) Enclosures suitable for 50 HP star delta starter -01 No (ii) Indicator lamp RYB =03 (iii) Digital multimeter electronic type suitable for display volt/Amp/kw/KVA etc =01 set.
