Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of pole and strut, stay around the pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed at site.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 1100 volts including connecting and testing for any size complete all as specified and directed. Note ‘A’ :- (i) Any complaint left unattended by the electrician will be communicated to the JE in-charge /AGE E/M with reason. No charge will be paid for the per complaint till the complaint is resolved. (ii) New material /stores provided for completing the job shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of BOQ. (iii) Contractor shall provide all type of T&P of LT street lights network, bamboo ladder with safety gloves to each electrician for attending the external electric complaints. (iv) Contractor shall provide the complaint register 200 pages – 3 No, complaint book with 100 slips- 5 No. Booklets serially numbered in triplicate. (v) Contractor will provide 01 No. Experienced Electrician having minimum 5 years experience ( 01x one shifts per day) and 01 No. Helper having minimum 2 years experience ( 01 x one shifts per day) including Sundays and Holidays to attend HT Complaints. (vi) Contractor will provide well experienced and well conversant of one person for lodging the complaint in complaint cell of each power house during working hours from 0900hrs to 1700hrs on all working days including Sunday & all Holidays. (vii) The Contractor will provide insurance cover of minimum Rs 5 lakh per head under IE Rules 2003 and Minimum wages Act. (viii) The Electrician and helper will be interviewed by JE E/M /Engr-in-charge for verification of experience, character and sound mind and body.

Taking down old unsv Prestressed Concrete LT pole and supply and erection of Prestressed Concrete LT pole 9.0 mtr long in true vertical position 102x172 mmm at top and 102 x 279 mm at bottom class-10 incl providing black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Taking down old unsv Steel tubular LT pole and supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles 9.0 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, providing synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 230x230x6 mm, stay rod 215 cm long and 16 mm dia with nuts incl GI bow turn buckle, GI stay wire, Loop type insulator etc all as per electrical plate No 1 or SSR part 1 and as directed incl taking down old unsv stay assy complete all as specified & directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of steel rolling shutters with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated incl gear operated type with bevel gear box, crank handle and incl all other accessories required at site for rolling shutter including dismantling of old existing rolling shutters ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix false ceiling at all heights of perforated 600x600x0.5mm TEGULAR EDGE TILES in global white Powder Coated with 60-70 Micron front coating laid on exposed gird system. Material & Labour for disconnecting and connecting of LT service wires and XLPE cables of any type and any size from LT panel, MCCBs, DBs, over head conductor, LT poles, street light timer including replacement of old unsv items such as nuts, bolts, thimbles, insulating seleaves and existing misc items etc, and after cleaning and removing of corbon on cables end surface including removing rusted particles removing dust tightening nut, bolts complete all as specified and directed.
