Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 ton capacity heavy duty pump house gantry and monorail at Rebbon LIS of MISD Sopore by way of fabrication/fitting of vertical posts fabricated out of ISMB150-Qty 4 No.[each of length ≤10 ft or as per site requirement] posts by means of gas cutting/welding and p/f of base plate 8mm thick 300mmx300mm by means of welding using superior quality electrodes, and installation in the concrete mix of 1:2:4 at identified spots including earth work of appropriate dimensions as per site requirement. The job includes installation of bridge girder 20ft long fabricated out of ISMB 150 on vertical posts and bridge girder 40ft long including monorails fabricated out of ISMB 150 on vertical post inside and outside pump house for lifting/dismantling pumping equipments inside pump house and then shifting of equipments like pumps, motors etc from pump house to loading site and vice versa. The job includes providing and fitting of 2 ton capacity monorail (2 No.) of indeff/globe or superior make and P/F/T/C of (2No.) 2 ton capacity, 6m lift, chain pulley block make: indeff/globe or like that (2 No.). The job includes cutting, welding and p/f of ISMC 100 channel vertical posts (10ft long- 3 No.) and horizontal member (10ft long 02 No.) and six No. 10ft long 0.4mm CGI sheets on ISA 40x40x5 angle iron 60 ft long at identified spots by means of j hooks nuts and washers. Job includes 2No. 2 ton capacity tension belts and 10No. 19mm shackles. All tools/machinery, diesel driven Generator etc shall be responsibility of executing agency.
