M&L for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully anodized aluminium/NCL/Bombay Slinding doors/windows/ventilators frame including glazed shutters & builder’s hardware complete of any size and any description and refixing in the same opening after carrying out necessary repair & replacement of unserviceable components / hardware to make it fully functional complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to include supply & fixing of new joining cleats, aluminium beadings, glazing clips, rubbers packing,slinding rollers, stays including cutting of old styles etc & adjusting the same appropriately as directed. (ii) New aluminium sections for frame/shutters, builder’s hardware such as handles, hinges, door closure, floor door spring shall be measured & paid for separately. (iii) New Glazing shall be measured and paid separately but payment supply only items (iv) Loose corner joints of frame & shutters shall be tightened by providing suitable cleats made out of aluminium angle of appropriate size fixed with nut & bolts to make the joints at 90º.

Repairs to Steel window/ventilator any type & any size by taking down Shutter, replacing defective hinge,handle & locking arrangement including necessary welding (if any) and resecuring fixed to frame complete all as specified and directed

Resecuring or easing & adjusting, without taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each all as directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix including all quoins pillar ashlars masonry and removal complete all as specified& directed.

M & L brick work sub class 'B' bricks (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone wall surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work & surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proof compound ( water proof compound paid seperatly) all as specified.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for vitrified tiles 8 to 9mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 7mm thick Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface exceeding 0.12 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles and over 10 mm thick rendring in cm 1:4 complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling coarse for tiles.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D -2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and laying prepolished cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape heavy duty , set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over screed bed 15mm thick 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand compelete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting & dewatering of PVC/RCC overhead taks, scrubbing the inner surfaces, cleaning & removing all scales, dirt etc from mouth of circulating pipes, washing the tanks with fresh water and disinfecting the same by flushing with liquid chlorine or any other equivalent chemical, reconnecting & refixing in position after cleaning for tank capacity not exc 500 ltrs each including marking the date of cleaning with white paint and stencil all as required & directed. Note: (i). 2 run of main conductor and one run of earth conductor shall be measured as one length.
