M&L for repair to potholes of depth exc 30cm not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed, macadam, binder & chippings) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with Paving bitumen VG-30 binder content of 4% by weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Wherever width of road is restricted and power roller can't use then the compaction to be done using vibrating roller not less than 3.0 tonne.

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumious primer of paving bitumen content (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of cleaned dry surface by a self propelled or bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the tack coat uniformly complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content ( VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled with power roller exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 tonne and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for thermoplastic reflective paint as in road marking 2 mm thick single coat as in centre line or edge line road marking of 100/150 mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic paint ( Hot application) white by indigeneous modern propelled raod marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder glass beads Titanium-diaoxide calcium carbonate lintar fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per the table No. 800-4 specification including spraying of glass beads instrucions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Make of paint STP, ASIAN or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 128mm x 30mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 971 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.( Green/Yellow/Red colour)complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- 'Dark eye/3M' .

S&F delineators with two high performance 100mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70mmx23mm are fixed on sides of guiding post. Reflectors are positioned at the best eye guiding level. The body of guide post is moulded in ABS plastic and it's fixed powder coated steel pipe of greater than 40mm dia including fixing in PCC 1:2:4 (typ B-1) cement concrete (in excavated soil 150mmx150mmx300mm) and 1010mm height. Excavating in post holes in Hard/dense soil each n. exc. 0.5 cum getting out , returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm, watering & removing surplus soil to a distance N.exc 50 m and making good surface .complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base,fooundation filling and mass concrete etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material&Labour for fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

S&F retro reflective sign board made up with 1.2 mm thick stainless steel sheet, of which both faces shall be fully covered with high Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Retro Reflective sheeting of approved specification as per MORTH having approved message (Matter and Base) fully processed by pressure sensitive equipment of approved brand (Avery Dennison / 3M) fixed on stainless steel frame made up of SS as described in item no 11.00 complete all as specified and directed.
