Excavation in trenches hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated soil/sand/unseviceable LT Cable for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard /loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

S& laying HDPE Pipe 40 mm dia of pressure rating 6Kgf/Sqm laid in trfenches for protection of XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Under gorund pneumatic horrzondal drilling of holes under road, pavment, hard stanading (Min 3 M) as required length at site by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique with necessary horrizondal direction drilling machine including providing HDPE Pipe 50 mm outer dia 0.40 mpa including necessary joint connections and laying LT/HT cable. The contractor shall be conduct under ground scanning to detect existing HT/LT cable line , sewage line, OFC Cable etc to avoid damage. The entry/exist hoel must be large enough to fit the drilling tool and the operator in it so they can aim the tool. The hol also must be deep enough that as the tool compacts the ground and the surface to be remain undisturbed. The deapth of the startiung bore pit depends on the type of the soil that is being worked in and how well it compacts. The operator shall aim the tool toi the desire exit point and allow it to perform it function creeating a bore hole under the ground without disturbing surfaces. The operator also should monitor the surface to make sure that, it is undisturbed. As the tool near to the exit point it is slowed down and the exit pit should be dug to locate both the tool and the bore. As the tool enters the exit pit the operator should choose either digup the tool to retrive it or reverses the tool back into the first bore pit to retrieve it including connected earth work, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting existing road/hardstand of any type by using crow bar chisel etc not exceeding 45 cm wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (GI pipe will be measured and paid separately)

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed on walls/poles GI tubing medium grade with all fittings of 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and Commissioning in repairs of 9 Mtr Octagonal Pole with INTELLIGENT Street light luminaire Integral DIMMABLE LED Street light with NEMA socket and RF antenna 120W . LED shall be made of pressure die cast aluminum housing with appropriate heat sink fins with corrosion resistant powder coat ,having UV stabilized heat resistant clear toughened glass protector with IK 07 (impact resistance) rating. The fixture both optical and electrical compartment shall have Ingress Protection of IP 66 Rated. Luminaire should consist of Analogue Voltage Dimmable driver (Analog 1-10V) to operate wide voltage range from 140V to 270V 50/60Hz application with in built short circuit, over voltage, overload and mis-wiring protection. Luminaire shall have side pole mounting option with outer Diameter 40 to 55 mm. The luminaire efficiency shall be greater than >100 lumen per watt The colour temp of LED shall be 12000 Lumens, 5700K +/- 355K and CRI 70. The LED shall be provided with structured LED array for optimized roadway photometric distribution with photometric lenses designed to optimize application efficiency and minimal glare. The driver shall be of potted IP 67 construction and dimmable using 0-10 V analog signal. Driver compartment to be top maintainable with IP 66 level of protection. Driver shall have THD < 10% and PF > 0.95, and Surge Protection as per IEC 61000-4-5 level-4 of 4 KV in CM and DM Mode and luminaire shall have external surge protection device of 20 KV. LEDs used in the luminaire shall of Cree USA, Nichia Japan, Osram Germany, Citizen Japan, Lumiled Make only. LEDs shall be mounted on MCPCB and LENS on LEDs shall be fixed and not glued. LENS make shall be LED IL, KHATOD or LED LINK Only. LEDs shall be LM 80 Compliant with TM 21 report for life of 50000 hrs at 85 Deg C. Luminaire Manufacturer shall produce letter of association with LED manufacturer for minimum 3 years. Luminaire Controller : This hardware can be Integral or External to Luminaire suitable for mains Power Supply from 100 – 260 V AC, 50Hz - 60Hz Single phases AC supply. It should support Dimming Range from 10% to 100% using Analogue Dimmable Output 0-10 V DC. Luminaire controller shall have maximum lamp Power capacity of 500 W. It shall have Control Inter face Low Power RF ISM FREE BAND Self Forming MESH Network protocol. Operating Temperature: 0⁰C to +55⁰C. Humidity: less than 95% RH, Non condensing. IP Rating: IP 66.

Luminaire Make :Wipro Cat part No.LR02-132 ANA -57 G2ME (Sreet light) & MT -NODE-NEMA-Type -1 (RF Node)or equivalent of Baajaj/Crompton/Philips 9Mtr tubular pole 5 mm thick (Design std: EN 40) made out of hot dipped galvanized iron(ASTM A123 with minimum average GI coating of 65 μm which should be tapered towards top, base dia of pole shall be 166 mm and top dia is 76 mm. Base Plate 275 x 275 x 16 mm, Slot distance (B x B) 191 x 191 mm, Slot size - 24 x 45 mm, Door cover (P1 x P2) - 400 x 110 mm, single arm bracket size - 1000 x 200 (L1)x 400 mm ,The total height of the pole should be 9000 mm above the finished ground level including PCC foundation, J Bolt, nuts and washers as per the drawing of Manufacturer including 3 core 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper flexible cable from control box to light fitting and one control MCB of SP 6A 230 volts. NOTE: (i) The intelligent street lights system is to be integrated with the existing lighting system for dimming /on/off and programming with the existing cloud server and necessary addition/alterations of gateways/software etc. The quoted rate is deemed to be include for above provision.
