Cleaning of tanks after desludging of sewage tanks (Raw Sewage Tank-01 No, treated water tank -01 No, Chlorine Contact Tank-01 No) etc cleaning shall be carried out with water and chemical as applicable, applying one coat white wash and marking of dates and year with sythetic paint over black base of suitable size on tanks etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Carry out the tests of treated water from NABL approved lab every month and maintain the record of treated sewage as per frequency :- (i) PH Valve (ii) TSS (iii) BOD (iv) COD (v) Oil & Grease (vi) FC Min (vii) Nitrate CN Note:- Test report of each month shall be submiited at the end of month by contractor .otherwise penalty of Rs. 1000/- will be imposed on account of non submission of test report.

Obtaining consent to operate 3 MLD, STP installation for five years from Haryana State pollution control Board under water act at Boh in Sec B .Note:- Contractor will provide original payment details and consent from State pollution Board to department.

Taking out Non clog submersible sewage pump of capacity 10 HP set from eqilisation tank installed at STP (including dewatering of well) to carry out repair/servicing and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts as listed in subsequent items and making good in running condition with balancing, reassembling and lowering the same in well & fixing on the foundation making connections and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) The replaced parts of pump shall be measured & paid separately here-in-after as supply only. (b) Dewatering of well upto max 500 mtr distance from well deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item.

Rewinding of motor 10 HP non clog submersible sewage pump set Make- Kirloskar with suitable size and guage of winding wire using best quality insulation material including all connected items complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement CI impeller with guide bush suitable for 10 HP Non clog submersible sewage pump set complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 6 here in before but lubricated upper/lower bearing suitable for non clog submersible pump set 10 HP complete all as speicified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L dismentling centrifugal induction motor from foundation and transport to work shop for rewinding after taking out burnt winding wire from motor of capacity 40 HP three phase , rewinding with copper wire of suitable gauge or as per existing gauge complete including all required insulation material and transport back to site testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) The Motor testing will be done before installation on No load for any unbalance load and should be free from vibration and if found unsatisfactory no payment will be done to contractor for defected motor. (b) Necessary thimbles, lugs, insulation tape, nut bolts and all items required for installation of motor at site will be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. No extra payment will be done to contractor.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply MS/CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 200 mm dia including necessary excavation required for taking out, burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint or necessary fitting required as per site, including welding work and making the pipe line leak proof completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be included in quoted rate.
