Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil lift upto all height, stacking the excavated soil not more then 3 mtrs. clear from the edge of excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( One Cement:Three sand: Six graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(One cement :one & half sand : three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation, footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete within all leads and lifts .

Wall (any thickness, but not less than 0.10mtr. Thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level)

Suspended floor, roofs, landing & shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor level inall leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Foundation, footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete within all leads and lifts .

Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor roofs laning and the like floors etc up to 200mm in thickness including all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts .

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses & framed work including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red paint:- In grating, framed, guards bars, ladders,railing, brackets & similar works within all leads and lifts.

Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in trenches centrifugally cast ( spun) Ductile Iron pressure pipes for sewage with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS 8329-2000 and latest with upto date amendments with ceemtn mortar lining in side the pipes with outside zinc coating followed by a finishsing layer of bitumen coatingh duly ISI marked in length of 5 to 6 mtr class K7 suitable for push on joint ( rubber gasket D-jointing) including all tube fittings required as per actual site of work with in all leads and lifts including, but not limited to, cost of Tees, bends, short pieces, collars, joints, specials, Sluice valve, chamber for sluice valve and thrust block. All the fittings including tees, bends, short pieces, joints, collars and other specials shall necessarily be from the same manufacturer as the D.I pipe itself. ( Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing double flanged C.I Sluice valve of following dia Class PN 1.6 Kirloskar/Leader make as conforming to IS 14846-2000 including MS flange table-17 with nuts, bolts and gasket sheet having seat pressure of 28.00Kg/cm2 complete in all respect (200mm dia)
