M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which is to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tape is to removed after filling the epoxy grout including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished), green colour as in flooring, steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like with machine cut edges and polished to smooth mirror finish, slab shall be design pattern as directedincluding inlays, borders, margins including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Single slab marble shall be used for entire length/height of steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform etc and joints sahll match with the flooring complete)

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance upto outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of wall and prepared by "Vacuum based sanding machine" and applying one or more coats of wall care putty to a smooth surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer by "Auto Roller" complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty)

(Note: Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty)

M & L for Preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
