Material and labour for water proofing treating to RCC roof with providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating Roof Guard in 4 coats of application:- (a) apply primer coat with primer @ 0.3 Kg /sqm, (b) Over primer coat apply water proofing fibre reinforcement a length of appox 1 Mtrs @ 0.75 kg/Sqm on flat surface and ensure that there is no bubbles of creases, overlapping of the fibre is minimum of 50 mm and allow this coat dry for a period of 2-6 hours depending on atmospheric condition. (c) Apply second coat of water proofing coat @ 0.75 Kg/Sqm. (d) Apply final coat of primer @ 0.08 kg/Sqm after seconf coat dried properly. (Note : Water proofing treatment work shall be carried out by applicator of manufacturer only duly approved by GE in writiing.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured / digital printed of size (300 x 200 mm / 300 x 450 mm x 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixed of Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for consealed type point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Pt I & II of 2000 drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size having a wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specification), including provision of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, connected to main switch / DBs or common earth dolly for one light / fan point / exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.

Materials and labour for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6.00 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core flame retardant cable (FRLS) of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor including one run of 6.00 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed flame retardant cable (FRLS) with stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire connected to main switches DBs or in common earth dolly, drawn through and including PVC rigid non- metallic PVC conduit / casing and capping ISI marked , medium garde of adequate size with all conduit / casing and capping accessories ISI marked as required complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable / burnt / damaged one. Supply & fix sheet metal enclosure for 8 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), double door , single pole and neutral with 200 amps rated bus bar, including bus bar neutral link, earth bar and din rail, IP-43, IK-09 protection including gasket and door earthing suitable for fixing MCBs/isolators fixed on wall surface and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall and connecting up including taking down old unserviceable one including MCCB / MCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs epoxy powder coated sheet metal enclosure for DBs, double door (when MCBs to be used), Triple pole and neutral 415 V, 4 ways with mounting fitted with bus bar, DIN channel , neutral link and incoming contact complete all as directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB TPN 40 to 63 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 415 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessry connection all as specified and directed. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixed in repairs new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light fitting with 25 watts LED made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening including separate driver comportment with IP 66 protection & impart resistance of IKO7 with operating voltage range of 140V to 270 V olts, 100 lLumen per watt complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable up to cealing rose and 32mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to required shape complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs factory made sheet metal box made out of 2mm thick MS sheet of size not less than 600 x 900 x 200 mm with double door hinged shutter and locking arrangement foe fixing of DBs , KWH Meter etc flashed / grouting on wall including painting with two cotes of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer with suitable glass vison panel of each meter shall be provided in the door for esy meter reading, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI wire 4mm dia as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth wire encased in and including 20 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed .

Material and labour for laying well burnt old size bricks, fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Supply, laying , testing LT underground electric power cable crossed linked XLPE insulated, armoured with galvanised steel strip, aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches / laid under floor or fixed to walls/on poles / in ducts etc complete all as specified including taking out old unserviceable one . Note: (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items)

Boring/Drilling ( horizontally) manually under existing road ( maximum 10 M in width) without disturbing the road surface and inserting the GI pipe suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 100 mm bore complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Removal of surplus soil shall be demmed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) GI Pipe shalle be measured and paid for separately under relevent item of Sch`A;.

Supplying and fixing Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings of 50 mm bore dia, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)
