Supplying and laying of copper refrigenrant pipe for suctin & discharge lines along with suitable size rubber foam insulation covering to the refrigerant piping on surface of wall/on existing tray i/c necessary flare nuts,suitably brazing with the existing pipe clamping, making holes in walls,making good the same etc., as per site requirement.

Supplying and laying additional 4core 2.5sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flexible copper cable along with refrigerant pipe or alongwith existing conduit / cable tray i/c binding with plastic tags for interconnecting the indoor and outdoor units etc, as required. ( Make: Finolex / Polycab/ISI mark)

Supplying & fixing of 63 mm dia rigid PVC pipe for protection of refrigerant pipe lines from indoor to outdoor units including bends,belows,clamping arrangement complete etc as reqd.

Supplying & fixing of 25 mm dia rigid PVC pipe for drain water arrangement for the above AC units including bends,elbows,clamping complete etc as required.

Supplying of Powder Coated MS frame set comprising of Two numbers made of 2mm thick MS Sheet to accomadate the condenser( Out door) unit for fixing on the wall with suitable diameter and length of Anchor fast bolts and making good etc as per site requirement required.

Providing core cutting and making 3 inch dia. size holes in the 9" brick wall with heavy duty drilling machine/vibrator for smooth laying and drwing split AC unit copper pipe lines and making good the damages etc., as required.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick Novopan sheet on the existing wooden frames to cover the window opening i/c PVC beeding and making good etc as reqd.

Dismantling of existing 1.5TR Split AC unit from the surface wall/frame work i/c Indoor unit ,outdoor unit,copper piping and wiring etc wiith all accesories and safe handingover to site incharge etc as reqd.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. a)2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire.

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32 amps 240V "C" curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (Make: M/s. Legrand or SS make)
