Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Period of Service shall be from April-2026 to March-2027.

The bidder shall Quote Service charges inclusive of all charges in Percentage Denomination and should not be below or equal to zero.

The service provider should quote his percentage only for Service Charges and should abide by the rates fixed by Labour Department, Government of Karnataka and also he should pay the varied Labour Rates subject to conditions stipulated in tender.

If the tender period is subjected to further extension of 2 month, the rates quoted shall remain same during the period of extension.

The successful tenderer must submit salary remittance details along with submission of bill every month.

The Service provider shall credit workers salary / wages on or before 10th of every month to their bank account through Account payee cheque and furnish the details of the payment made every month.

GST will be paid separately at the time of submission of bill.

Tenderers shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory.

It will be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD.

The tenderer is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of e Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

The successful Tenderer should deliver to the employer a Security Deposit in the form of DD/FDR in favour of the Administrator, CADA, TBP Munirabad for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price, within 15 days in receipt of Letter of Acceptance in accordance with the conditions of contract at the time of agreement .

If any additional Man power is required against sanctioned vacant post the agency should provide at the same approved rate during the period of contract.

The Executive Engineer, CADA TBP, Division Munirabad reserves the right to accept/reject any application or cancel the tender process without assigning any reason what so ever.

If the selected agency doesnt have its office in unirabad or Koppal, it should open an office in Munirabad or oppal for correspondence and interaction with Command Area Development Authority whenever required.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the original documents shall be produced at the time of Evaluation for physical verification.

Corrigendum will be published in the ebsite/newspaper for all modifications/ corrections, if any.

The other conditions and details are as per the bid document.

Bidder shall meet all the requirements and upload the relevant documents for the conditions mentioned in Anexure-II only & for Anexure-III Documents to be produced at the time of Documents Varification.
