SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XI (MISC ITEMS) (Note for items 11 to 22: The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning below and above cable thickness as specified in SSR to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note: For measurement purpose any punned thicness of sand will be considered.

Supply and fixing 15 mm size angle cock, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with long shank, fancy type with capstan head, screwed down screwed both end for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing FRP insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade, multistranded, passing throuth existing pipe, fixed on pole/wall from juntion box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old exsiting LT panel board and connected items and deposite to MES (E/M) yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissoning of High mast pole with lighting system of 16 meter long in two section, 3mm thickness, top dia 150mm dia, bottom dia 340mm with 2/3 wire rope system high made out of hot rolled medium and high tensile structure steel (as per manufacturer design to IS 02062-2011) provided with rubber gasket internally for easy movement lantern carriage shall be suitable for 8 to 12 Nos of luminaries (LED flood lights) suitable for 8 to 12 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspenssion system with stainless steel wire rope of 6mm dia 97/19 gauge and double drum winch motor driven also manual operated in absence of electricity luminaire mounting arm, pulley assembly, aviation obstruction light lightening arrester spike PVC insulated and sheathed trailing cable copper conductor cable of size 2 sqmm 5 core rounded cable 1100 voltage grade with suitable electric panel for operated of up and down of lights including RCC foundation as per height . (Note:- Foundation drawing as provided by the OEM, will be approved by GE before commencement of work).

S&F, PVC junction box, factory made, size 180x290x110mm with one No SP MCB of 06 Amp rating, class-B and 3 Nos connector fixed on pole with necessary clamps and bolts etc duly painted with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer including connecting with street light cable etc, complete all as specified and directed.
