Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying of cable complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 m depth but not exceeding 3 mtr and 1.5 m wide and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying of cable complete all as specified.

Returing, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm (soft/loose soil) complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed as a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting points.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punning thickness only shall be measured.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class HV, type I, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work as in door or gate of angle or other section with gusset plates, rail, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0.

M&L for cutting chasing in hard standing road/path/drain making holes in concrete wall etc for passing through of cable and making good as per existing by using PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair anti-climbing device fabricated out of 50x6 mm FI 8 mm of 15 Cm long MS bar, 12 mm dia / flat spikes made out to shape all as specified and as directed .

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded black trap/granite/basalt stone aggregate) for coping of the pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out unserviceable steel & iron items from poles i.e cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates etc. including nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only the serviceable MS cross arms, F1 clamp etc with and including acessories such as bolt, nuts and washers etc as obtained from item No 12 here in before on electrical pole at any location with including painting of steel surfaces with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of old surfaces all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts , washers , welding bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stay assay complete with insulators etc and removing from the site.

M&L for stay assembly for HT poles comprising of 20mm dia, 2.15 mtr long galvanized stay rod , having 7 / 3.15mm GI stay wire stranded and 300mm X 500mm X 6mm thick MS stay plate, complete all as shown on electrical plate No 1 of SSR, Part-I with and including all necessary fittings/accessories like loop type insulator, shackle & stay clamps, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & taking out of old existing unserviceable insulators of any description and in any position from HT poles all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators, including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height and 150mm dia suitable for working pressure upto and including 11000 volts grade complete all as specified for HT lines fixed on poles.

Supply and Fixing disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 150 mm height and 150 mm dia ball and socket type white/brown or green two in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified for HT lines fixed on poles.

Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any description /size & in any position from existing HT Poles/Lines all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for supply and fixing of aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/description on HT poles/lines including stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting jumpers, connections etc including connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out all connections and repairing/overhauling of air break gang operated switch triple pole, with Drop out fuse unit mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame installed vertically / horizontally , replacement of broken/worn-out components, oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts, smoothing and polishing of electric contacts with providing conducting jelly on contacts refixed the same after repair complete all as directed

Excavation, returning filling and removal shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix Tinned copper fuse wire of 16SWG to 22 SWG or 30 Amps to 200 Amps capacity suitable for 11kV supply

Material and labour for cleaning and preparation of existing 4 pole structure steel / cement surfaces of steel tubuler / PCC pole 11 mtr long including channels mild steel cross arms ,clamps etc complete and applying two coats of aluminium paint all round the exposed steel surfaces of existing steel tubuler poles of any description and two coat of cement wash weather proof exterior paint on PCC pole in any position above the height of 1.50 mtr from the plinth of the pole including white cement wash weather proof exterior paint on copping of the pole and applying one coat of synyhetic enamelled paint of different colours in strips of 150 mm width up to the height 1.5 mtr from the plinth of pole including writting pole No and other sign works with white paint over black painted base in the patteren and style as approved by the Engineer in charge complete all as specifeied and directed . Note : Size of black painted base for numbering shall be 100 mm x 25 mm and the size of numbers shall be not erxceeding 10 cm height.

Transportation of transformer carefully, any capacity, including lifting, loading and unloading, from site of work/ power house to workshop and back after completion of work in workshop, Dismantling and taking out the transformer step down 11KV / 433 Volts capacity ranging from 50 KVA to 315 KVA, pole mounted/platform mounted at darjipura area, disconnecting all electric connections(HT and LT side) including Earthing, taking down carefully and removing the top cover for inspection and then draining of complete transformer oil and taking out the core alongwith HT/LT coils, rewinding, heating, varnishing, testing and housing accessories in transformer body and connecting up, refilling the dehydrated/ filtered transformer oil / top up new transformer oil, reassemble all accesories and refix the top cover nut bolt washer with providing new rubber gasket and installing, recommissioning, the transformer at its original place, connecting up HT & LT sides, earthing and supporting angles/cross arms etc and testing & preparing report as per the format attached as appendix and maintaining proper record all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.Note: Spares(other than mentioned above) used will measured separately.connecting with existing electrical system HT/LT and commissioning complete on load all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes for item No 57 to 59 :- (i). Winding wires /strips of copper or aluminium, shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Spares like Breather assembly, Temp Gauge, LT Bushing, HT Bushing, Top up of new Transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. (iii) Dehydration and filteration of existing oil shall be measured and paid separately.

(iv) Transportation of transformer if required ( to & fro) is deemed to be included. (v) Labour component for fixing of supply only items is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (vi). Once the transformer is taken for repirs, the complete gasket and other jobs mentioned above to be completed irrespective of area/portion of fault. The contractor shall remain responsible for proper functioning of transformer and any kind of leakage after repair for one year and will reattend the repair without any extra cost. Only registered/authoriesd transformer reparing team will be allowed to carryout repairs.

M & L for cleaning & preparation of transformer surfaces of any description, and capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA, in any position and painting of transformers out side with applying two coats of synthetic enamel grey paint after removing all dust/rust and paint must confirm to IS 2032 (latest) including writing the SM No/MES No on transformers with white paint in the existing style/pattern complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Taking out HT/LT UG cable in any position including excavation earth work complete and relaying/rerouting the same cable laid in underground/trench/cable duct/tunnel/ surface all as specified and as per directed Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items. in case making re route for relaying UG cable

Supply and lay GI tubing 80 mm dia, light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete all as specified

M&L for servicing and maintenance of HT VCB 11000 Volt 400 Amp of any make and type at existing site including opening /drawing out the VCB trolly after switching off electric supply testing and maintenance of VCB panel complete with following:- (i) Checking of all mechanical/electrical control systems for proper functioning including spring charging system, tripping system, indication system, vaccum interrupter; cleaning & servicing the fixed/moving contacts & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/greasing complete, (ii) checking of Contact Resistance (RYB) and Auxiliary Supply voltage of closing coil, tripping coil, Motor; cleaning & servicing for proper functioning (iii) Timing Test of closing time and opening time, IR value with 5 KV megger before and after HV, (iv) Checking of PT & CT which shall include ratio test and healthiness of the HT and LT fuses and associate circuiting. (v) Breaker testing which inclueds (a)Insulation resistance, (b)Pick up and drop of operating coils, (c) To check IR Values(CT) (d) To carryout polarity test(CT), (e) to check Knee point voltage/ measurement in case of class PS CT (vi) Servicing of HT, 11 KV, VCB, 400 Amps capacity, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 50 KA by drawing out from moving contacts for smooth funcitoning including replacement of tripping and closing coils, 30 volts, DC and servicing of solenoid switch, all as directed,

(vii)Dismantling of unserviceable bus bar bushing from existing 11 KV bus bar chamber and supply and fix bushing suitable to match existing bushing complete, (viii) Removing the burnt out fixed contact assembly from the HT, VCB, 11 KV, 400 Amps of Areva Make supply and fix contact assembly of copper strip all as specified and directed, (ix) To carryout HV (AC ) Test in open & close condition with suitable HV Kit for both 11 KV VCBs. (x) To check contact resistance (by millivolt drop test or with micro Ohm meter). Note: Servicing of VCB to be done only by authorised dealer/ servicing partner of Schnider/Areva/Alstom /L&T and CG ( as approved by GE) and proper voucher to be submitted which will be responsibility of the contractor. No any other unauthorised servicing team/people will be allowed to carry out servicing in any case.

M & L for cleaning of grass and bushes around two pole structure and four pole structure, RMU/VCB/Panel area, complete including cutting unwanted ingress upto 6/10mtrX6/10mtr area or area inside chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (i) The contractor shall bring all the tools and man power for proper cleaning of the area shown by concerned AGE/JE(E/M). (ii) Cleaning job schedule after every two month/ as directed by Engr in charge of each installation. cleaning of each installation after each two month shall be measured each job.

Supply and laying 40mm graded stone aggregate on surface with 10 cm depth in side pole mounted sub station copmlete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M & L for hiring of Fault Locator Machine Vehicle, complete, from the authorised supplier alongwith their dedicated specialised team; finding out the exact HT fault location from both end terminations of underground cable, submission of report of fault for verification and records of Engineer in charge including, M&L for necessary excavation and earthwork, returning filling in, removal of surplus spoil, sand cushioning, cable covers complete all as direcred.

M&L for disconnectiong 11 KV HT cable from the connection and checking IR value of the HT cable with thumber machine and submitte the report sheet including connecting the HT cable to the connection after rectification of fault complete all as directed. Note:- (a)Cable End/Straight joint will be measured separately (b) Joint will be replaced if IR value of cable found less than 100mΩ (c) Properr shutdown will be provided as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing and maintenance of HT RMU 11000 Volt 630 Amp 1 I/C+ 2 OG of any make and type at existing site including opening the RMU after switching off electric supply testing and maintenance of RMU panel complete with following:- (i) Checking of all mechanical/electrical control systems for proper functioning including spring charging system, tripping system, indication system, vaccum interrupter; cleaning & servicing the fixed/moving contacts & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/greasing complete, (ii) checking of Contact Resistance (RYB) and Auxiliary Supply voltage of closing coil, tripping coil, Motor; cleaning & servicing for proper functioning (iii) Timing Test of closing time and opening time, IR value with 5 KV megger before and after HV, (iv) Checking of PT & CT which shall include ratio test and healthiness of the HT and LT fuses and associate circuiting. (v) Breaker testing which inclueds (a)Insulation resistance, (b)Pick up and drop of operating coils, (c) To check IR Values(CT) (d) To carryout polarity test(CT), (e) to check Knee point voltage/ measurement in case of class PS CT (vi) Checking of presuure of SF6 chamber if found low pressure then topup SF6 gas. (vii) Calibration of overcurrent and earth fault relay. (viii) Replacement of relay power backup batteries

(ix) To carryout HV (AC ) Test in open & close condition with suitable HV Kit for both 11 KV VCBs. (x) To check contact resistance (by millivolt drop test or with micro Ohm meter). Note: Servicing of RMU to be done only by authorised dealer/ servicing partner of Schnider/Areva/Alstom /L&T and CG ( as approved by GE) and proper voucher to be submitted which will be responsibility of the contractor. No any other unauthorised servicing team/people will be allowed to carry out servicing in any case. (ii) SF6 Gas will be measured and paid separately under respective items.
