Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description by cutting and without damage of existing structure not otherwise provided for all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing, any type all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Each line wire to be measured.

Dismantling of concertina coil of any type / size all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Each line wire to be measured.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete work such as beams of any descreption / coulumn and similar work, (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), including exposing the old reinforcement for binding with new reinforcement bar all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Contractor shall take every precaution to prevent damage to any part of the structure and also to the adjacent structure which are to be left intact. Any damage caused to the structures due to carelessness and negligence of contractor, the same shall be made good to the entire satisfaction of GE without extra cost to the Government.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in lintel upto 1.5 m clear span ,cills,steps, seismic and other similar bands, coping, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing height, coping and similar works all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC design mix M-30 grade, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, footings, plinth Beam and similar RCC works all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-30 grade, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts & similar RCC works all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-30 grade, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels & similar RCC works all as specified and directed.

Use & waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, plinth beams and similar works for rough finished surface complete all as directed.

Use & waste Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, lintels cantilever etc for rough finished surface complete all as directed.

Use & waste form work to sides of pillars, posts and columns for rough finished surface complete all as directed.

M&L for steel reinforcement of CRS (corrosion resistance steel) bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length and bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking end and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel reinforcement of CRS (corrosion resistance steel) bars exc 8 mm but not exc 10mm dia as in stirrups cut to length and bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking end and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete block masonary, using solid PCC block of mix 1:5:8, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, thickness of wall exc 10 cm thick, with plain or inter locking joints as directed, setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on exposed surface of RCC member in cement mortar 1:3, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonry / PCC block masonary surface of wall in cement mortar 1:4, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for hot dip galvanised mild steel Framed brackets & similar work of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165. Note :- (i) Coating of hot dipped galvanisation shall not be less than 86 micron (610 gram / sqm) thick. Contractor shall produce certificate regarding hot dipped galvanised steel work from the Govt Agency. All the testing charges shall be borne by the Contractor. (ii) Weight of steel section for the purpuse of payment shall be as per standerd weight mention in relevent IS without considering increasing in weight due to galvanising.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, complete

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces, exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces, exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- painting shall be carried out as per existing colour / pattern

S&F galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolt, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. as directed Note:- Each line wire to be measured.

Supply and fix mild steel galvanised punched type concertina coil of loop dia 1050 mm (dia of coil when up stretched) fixed to existing angle post strut and tying at three places ie toe bottom & one at top with 3.15 mm dia galvanised mild steel wire all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The punched type concertina coil shall be stretched to maintain the dia of up stretched coil as 1050 mm and number of circles as 52 per coil and shall cover 8 running metre per coil.

Demolition of brick / stone / PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall, pilasters / cornices, soffits of chajjas, roof slabs and beams etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, mouls, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots, and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion(100% Acrylic exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall, pilasters / cornices, soffits of chajjas, roof slabs and beams etc and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (100% Acrylic exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete. Note for item No 25 & 26:- Painting shall be carried out in camouflage pattern as approved by GE

Labour only for forming V grooves of size n exc 10 mm deep and n exc 10 mm wide, in plaster surface of walls, while plastered surface is green all as specified and as directed complete.
