Clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widenig of berms disposal of the stuff including all labour T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation with sand trenches as per drawing and technical specifiction clause 3005.3.9 with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Granular sub-base Grading-III materials as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator & compacting with PRR with all cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including sprading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of screening/blind materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MOSRT & H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-incharge.Stone screened dust.WBM Grade-II

WBM Grade-III

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision)as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen @0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface / bitumenous surface cleaning with hydraulic brooms including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense graded bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed agreegates of specified grading , premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen ,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for the road and bridge works (4th Revision) as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing the road surface in the both sides of berm manually with approved quality of moorum including all labour charges for spreading, laying, levelling for the work including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, finished item of works as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts and transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Kms, spreading, grading to required slope & compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-2 & Clause 305 of MOSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works (4th revision) etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
