Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.in all kinds of soil.

P/L in position CC 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 c/sand : 8 st. agg. 40 mm size) excluding the cost of c/shuttering - All work upto plinth level.

P/L in position CC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 c/sand : 4 stone agg. 20 mm size) in bed blocks etc.excluding the cost of c/shuttering upto floor five level.

RCC work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 c/sand :3 stone agg. 20 mm size) beams,s/shades,shelf ,stair case,door bend and suspended slabs etc. ex. cost of c/shuttering, finishing and reinf.

Centering and shuttering i/c strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Centering and shuttering i/c strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work i/c straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete --TMT - bars.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 c/sand).

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 c/sand).

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 c/sand).

P/F T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs 10cm long embedded in CC blocks 15x10x10 cm of 1:3:6 and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

40mm th. CC flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 c/sand : 4 stone agg. 20mm size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c cement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

18 mm th. cement plaster skirting (up to 30 cm height) with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 c/sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

P/F glass strips in joints of terrazo/ CC floors. -- 40 mm wide and 4 mm th.

Providing 0.63 mm th. corrugated G.S. sheet roofing i/c vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. with bitumen & G.I. lumpet washers filled with white lead and i/c a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint.

Providing 0.80 mm th ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. Sheet fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I.limpet and bitumen washers complete.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) In 75x75 mm deep chase .

P/applying white cement based putty of 1 mm thk. over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of app.brand (two or more coats) to give an even shade on new work over and i/c priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete .250x16mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material in cement mortar .

Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter.
