E.P.F. Registration Certificate along with documents related to the payment of E.P.F. for the last one year.

Professional Tax Registration Certificate along with documents related to the payment of PT for the last One year.

Labour Department Registration Certificate

GST Registration Certificate along with documents related to the GST filing details for last One year.

PAN Card.

National Small Industries Corporation NSIC certificate

The bidder shall have minimum three (03)year of experience in the area of providing Manpower service contracts with Central/ State Government or with reputed Organizations. Supporting documents (Work Orders / Work completions) shall be uploaded.

Contractor is not blacklisted by any Government/Private Organizations

Acknowledgement from Income Tax Department for having filed Income Tax Returns for the last 03 financial years

Income and expenditure statement for the last three year. Annual Turnover in the preceding year should be minimum Rupees TEN Crore along with last 03 years certificate audited and duly signed by Chartered Accountant with UDIN Number

Copy of the Audited Balance sheets of the firm for the last 03 years

All the pages in Tender document duly signed by the Tenderer
