TENDERER SHOULD BE UPLOAD THE RELEVANT TECHNICAL DOCUMENT

The firms having following minimum experience as below in last five years only will be considered for Evaluation of Technical proposal. (i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25).

Service Provider firm should have in last five years period achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 119.34 Lakhs.. Further, the Financial Turnover of the Previous Years shall be given a Weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2025-26. In support of this, the Service Provider shall furnish the Certificate from Chartered Accountant along with the Proposal.

Satisfactorily completed as prime Service provider for at least one similar service such as Housekeeping Service for value should be not less than Rs. 89.50 Lakhs. Further, a Weightage of 10% per year will be added to bring them to the Price Level of 2025-26. In support of this, the Service Provider shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the Executive Engineer along with the Technical Bid.

Applications should be completely accompanied by the copies of Registration certificates of the establishment under Department of Labour, Govt. of Karnataka, PAN, GST, Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance, Housekeeping staff Tax and ISO certificate with latest renewals.

Copy of Entity Firm Registration certificate issued by District Registrar/ Certificate of Incorporation by the Registrar of the companies if it is company, certificate of Registration from the Registrar of Society if it is a co-operative society/ Certificate of the Registration from the Registrar of Companies if it is limited liability partnership Should be in Karnataka.

Bidder to have their office and business establishment in Bengaluru city. The bidder should have a company/LLP registered under companies Act, 1956 of Companies Act 2013: of LLP Act 2008 respectively with existence in business with at least 08 years of Experience as Pvt or LLP (Certifiate of Incorporation should be uploaded in E-Portal at the time of submission of the tender)

Tenders should be accompanied by copies of Income Tax and service/GST tax Returns for the last 5 years i.e.,, 2020-21 to 2024-25.

The Prospective Service provider should have successfully carried out Manpower supplying for Housekeeping Services personnels in any CENTRAL/STATE/SEMI GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION OR ANY ULBS establishment for not less than 13 Housekeeping labour staff and 1 Housekeeping Supervisor (In one year) in a single unit continuously for One year in last five years.

Bidder shall not be involved in any case or Charge under investigation /enquiry/trial against the Tenderer, Convicted in a court of Law or Suspended or Blacklisted by any Organisation on any basis.
