Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing of transformer step down, 11 KV/433 volts as per IS-1180-2014 (Level- III), indoor type, copper wound, suitable for AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz system of capacity 100 KVA, oil immersed having Vector group DYN-11, naturally cooled type with and including first filling of transformer oil, delta connection on HT side, star connection on LT side, manually, operated, off-load tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage to + 7.5% & -7.5% in three steps & above of 2.5% each, cable end box at HT & LT side, LT side cable box shall also be fitted with suitable size of cable glands for making connections with all the accessories and the under mentioned fittings complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (b) Two earthing terminal for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing. (c) Lifting lugs. (d) Drain valve with plug or cover plate. (e) Dehydrating breather. (f) Oil level indicator with aluminium and maximum marking. (g) Cooling radiator. (h) Thermometer pocket. (j) Conservator. (k) Oil filling hole with cover.

(l) Thermometer 100mm dial/stem type with metal guard having maximum temperature indication with resetting. (m) Silica gel breather duly filled with silica Gel. (n) Any other fittings as recommended by the manufacturer of efficient functioning of the transformer. Notes: - (i) The transformer shall be of latest star rated and energy conservation (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessary test certificate of manufacturer shall be produced by the contractor. (ii) Transformer manufacturer shall be in possession of licence from bureau of Indian standard. (iii) The fitting & accessories of the transformer shall be conforming to is 3639 : 1996. (iv) The transformer shall be tested as per IS for all routine tests in the factory premises in the presence of rep of Accepting Officer on the receipt of request from the contractor in addition to routine tests . The transformer shall be tested for 10% over load at factory premises for minimum 01 hour after full load cycle of 08 hours. (v) The Transformer shall be tested by SEI/EI/AEI beore commissing. (vi)All the test results shall be produced before RAR. All necessary arrangements i.e. co-ordination with the manufacturer & testing officer, arranging equipments and material to facilitate testing at the manufacture’s premises etc. shall be borne by the contractor.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA voltage stablizer for automatic operation, servo controlled, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 volt to 480 volt with output voltage stablized at any desired voltage beeween 400 volt to 440 volt with accuracy of (+/-)2.5% and speed of correction 8 votls per second, unbalance type including supply and first filling of oil complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning HT 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 3 wire, totally enclosed, metal clad, prewired, extensible type, indoor type, floor mounted, horizontal drawout, vertical isolation type vaccum circuit breaker (VCB), 400 Amp rating, as outgoing VCB connecting with copper bus bar of appropriate capacity duly insulated with existing VCB busbar at Igloo/Cat A & B substation, motor operated, spring charged having rupturing capacity 250 MVA, with and including providing suitable foundation for VCB made of PCC 1:2:4 as per manufacturer instruction and shall comprising of the following :- (a) Triple pole digital numerical relay for over current setting 50% - 200% and one high set element of earth fault protection setting 20% - 80% (b) Bus bar chamber including set of 3 phase 400 Amp copper bus bar- 01 No (c) 230 volt, AC, Single phase, 80 watt rated strip type heater with thermostat with indicator complete - 2 Nos (d) Current transformer chamber incorporating 3 single phase resin cast CTs, dual class, dual ratio 200/100/5 Amp with suitable VA burden and accuracy class -01 No (e) Rear cable termination, provision for terminating 1x3 core , 120 sqmm XLPE cable 01 No for Incoming and side cable termination box arrangements for terminating 1 X 3 core, 120 sqmm for outgoing. (f) Digital ammeter of size 144 sqmm - 01 No (g) Digital voltmeter of size 144 sqmm - 01 No (h) Electronic instant relay, earth fault & over current with master relay having suitable protection setting range-01 Set.

(j) On/off trip indicator -01 No (k) 3 phase RYB indication with lamps & holder -01 Set (l) TNC Switch-01 No (m) Trip circuit healthy indication lamp with push button -01 No (n) In- built integral earthing including connection with extending the copper bus bars for coupling with existing VCBs complete with standard fittings. Pre despatch inspection shall be carried out at manufacturer's permises by the representative of Accepting Officer. 3. Rate of existing busbars cuttings, modification etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning floor mounted LT panel, indoor type, factory made, IP -54 class protection (CPRI type test cerified firm) suitable for operation on 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz electric supply system, made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet side covers with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, width of panel not less than 75cm, rubber gasket on front and back to make it dust and vermin proof, powder coated including 250 Amp rated aluminium busbar sleeved with heat shrink sleeve colour coated for 3 Phase, 4 wire electric supply system and wiring with suitable size of copper cable, suitable power factor capacitors, mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above ground level complete with the following accessories all as specified and directed:- (a) Incoming (i) MCCB 160 Amp, 415 Volts, 25 KA, 4 pole, 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting - 01 No. (ii) Multifunction energy meter in 96x96 sqmm - 01 set (iii) CTs of ratio 100/50/ 5Amp, class -1 VA burden 15 - 01 set of three (iv) Phase indicator lamp - 01 set (Set of three) (v) On load change over switch, 4 pole, 160 Amp, 415 volt

(b) Outgoing (i) MCCB, 100 Amp, 415 Volts, 16 KA, 4 pole, 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting - 02 Nos. (ii) MCCB, 63 Amp, 415 Volts, 16 KA, 4 pole, 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting - 01 No. Note: (i) The cost of the PCC block shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item. (ii) The layout diagram of LT panel shall be approved by GE before placing the order by the contractor.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning HT XLPE cable(heavy duty), 11000 volts (earthed), insulated, screened, sound compacted aluminium conductor, screening with extruded semi conducting layers, insulation screening with copper tape covers laid up with PVC (ST-2), extruded inner sheathed GI strip armoured PVC (ST-2) out sheathed, ISI marked with IS-7098 Part II with amendment, size cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches /pipes /ducts /along poles/ walls/ equipment etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : (i) Cable shall be of manufacturing date not earlier than Dec 2020. All the cable shall be embossed with year of manufacturing, meterage at every metre, in addition to its own standard markings as per IS i.e. Size, voltage etc. (ii) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) No straight through joint shall be permitted in less than single drum length. (iv) Cable shall be tested in the presence of Rep of GE after laying in the trench & before returning filling in the trench.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV earthed grade cable, indoor type, end termination heat shrinkable type joints with jointing material and accessories for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm including cutting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning under ground LT XLPE electric cable 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, PVC insulated and sheathed armoued electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor, of cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988 as in trenches or along the wall/pole through pipe etc served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for walls, shafts, manholes not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan or for laying pipes/cables etc and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying old size, sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat for protection of cable , adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour GI pipe 80 mm bore , light grade as in trenches, under road,under floor, fixed to wall with fixing arrangement with suitable size of MS clamps made from 40x3 mm size flat iron including nuts,bolts & washers or along the pole with fixing arrangement etc for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to GI earth lead strip 32x6 mm upto 7.5 mtrs long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly including watering pipe GI 20 mm bore, light grade including protection pipe GI light grade 32mm bore , wire mesh, funnel,lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation & earthwork in soft/losse soil and refilling pit chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates , RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates pit cover slab 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways including necessary form work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I (2009), including testing on completion on site complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe of earth lead shall be adjusted through DO. (ii) On testing if the earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at No extra cost ,till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (iii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 0.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.
