Supply, Install, commissioning & testing for Centrifugal pump set, electric driven 415 V, Three phase suitable for 150/200/250 mm dia bore/open well of 40 HP Pump motor set RPM 2900, Head Max 60 mtrs, flow rate 150 m3/hrs, 50Hz, material : casting iron casing, stainless steel shaft approx impeller size dia max 370mm, minimun 295mm, single stage, side inlet including RCC foundation as per manufacturer instructions including orientation / Addition / alteration including CI flanged ends double rubber seat ball type foot valve 150mm dia complete. Note : Motor and pump shall be of same make

M&L in replacement 150 mm dia non return (reflux) valve with Gun Metal working parts cast iron body ISI marked as per IS:5312 Part I of 2004 including jointing material complete.

M&L for HDPE pipe 150mm PN 10 for delivery line from submersible pump to header pipe of the pump house including connecting arrangement, adapter, clamps etc for delivery of above pump set complete.

M&L for MS framework such as stand suitable for submersible pump with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 to install in underground sump complete.

Supplying, fixing, testing in replacement PVC flat copper cable of 10 sqmm 3 core for connecting starter panel to pump with proper PVC clamping of cable connection at wall area complete.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement Electric control star delta panel with LLC for submersible pump for 41 HP with suitable Relay range complete.

S&F Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles (PVC/Porcelain Insulator) and fixing screw etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete.

S&F Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm burried in ground complete.

S&F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw complete.

S&F Air termination, Single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long fixed on GI Pipe 2 mtr long fixed on roof and including all fittings, fixtures and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block 450mm x 450mm complete.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized strip 32x6 mm by means of nuts bolts, washers, check nuts of iron or steel including PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) and necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 40mm bore GI pipe light grade protection pipe upto test point etc and charcoal, common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I complete

Supply and lay 40 mm dia steel tube pipe galvanized Medium grade with all fitting; laid in trenches complete.
