Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs ON LOAD change over switch with sheet metal enclosure 415V , 4 pole of capacity 100 Amps including connecting up incoming/ out going cables with suitable lugs and testing, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

(ii) Existing stay assy are fixed on the LT/HT pole of PCC or steel tubular pole, nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Dismantling of air break gang operated switches vertical / horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for replacement repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. or carrying to MES store, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism woked from ground level for current rating upto 400 Amps 11000 volts, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Attending minor transformer complaints/ Preventive maint of Transformer by taking proper shutdown of HT feeder from concerning power house checking, testing and locating faults of HT side/LT side of transfamer of any make / any capacity kept on four / two pole structure/plinth etc. Opening/ disconnecting HT electric connectios removal of old jumpers by cutting of old rusted nuts, bolts & washers etc. Replacement of unserviceable jumpers, tightening connections , checking load balancing etc incuding routine maintenance such as checking of minor oil leakage from transfarmer, silica gel , breather,oil level including replacement of LT /HT side bushing rod etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) transfamer oil / silica gel breather if replaced shall be measured and paid separatly under appropriate item. (ii) The Supply only spare parts excluding minor parts will be measured and paid under relevent items. T & P and minor repair i.e. replacement of the nut/bolts etc. shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates. During currency period of contract , contractor shall depute high skilled trades men for attending the complaint of transformer regularly as and when called with in 24 hours & maintanance shall be carried out accordingly for smooth functioning of transformer and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. Please note one time payment shall be made to contractor for these items.if any fault / defects occured , contractor shall rectify / replace the same without any extra cost in terms of condition 46 of IAFW-2249 of General condtion of contracts.

Disconnecting HT/LT connections of burnt / defective copper / aluminum wound transformer of capacity 63 KVA ,taking down from site of installation, opening up the top cover, draining out transformer oil from transformer in suitable containers (containers to be provided by the contractor ) inspection / assess the defective / burnt out parts, core assembly of transformer in the presence of AGE / GE and prepare list and then shifting the transformer to trade / contractor's workshop for repair, cleaning and making good surface and rewinding the same with existing size of new copper / aluminum conductor, strip wound coils, limb for HT / LT , fixing of class 'E' insulation in core assembly etc. including internal cleaning, removing sludge, washing and painting with one coat of zinc chromate paint to inner side of the transformer body and one coat on outer side with synthetic enameled Grey paint (spray painting) after cleaning and removing oil spot from the body and re assembling, reinstalling, commissioning the transformer to its original place and testing at site on full load after connecting the HT / LT connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) HT/LT copper/aluminum coil, transformer oil and other required parts as mentioned here-in-after shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item. (ii) The T & P/ vehicles and minor parts/nut bolts etc. will be arranged by the contractor and the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) The rates quoted is deemed to be included in the unit rate for cutting/chipping of RCC/PCC/plastering of foundation/platform and minor grill work/welding work.

Supply only new copper LT coils made out of proper size of DPC copper wire/strip super enameled of high quality matching with existing impedances and providing class 'E' insulation suitable for transformer 63 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The rate quoted is deemed to be included in the unit rate for varnishing, sleeving and insulating materials and the Contractors shall not have any claim on this account at a later sage.

Supply only new copper HT coils made out of proper size of DPC copper wire/strip super enameled of high quality matching with existing impedances and providing class 'E' insulation suitable for transformer 63 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The rate quoted is deemed to be included in the unit rate for varnishing, sleeving and insulating materials and the Contractors shall not have any claim on this account at a later sage.

Supplying and filling new mineral grade transformer oil EHV type confirming to IS-3357 of 1983 for filling and for topping up in transformer duly filtered with filtration plant to obtain high dielectric strength not less than 60 KV (Gap 2.5mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Empty barrel will be property of contractor and same will be returned to contractor when barrel will be empty.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of transformer ( Exposed external surface only) installed at site of any installation in cantt area capacity 63 KVA to 250 KVA transformer installed on pole mounted , indoor / out door, plinth mounted by using course cloth/wire brush and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel grey paint with the help of spray gun including writing the SM No/MES No. on transformer with white paint in the existing style/pattern, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dehydration & filtration of transformer oil with portable filtration cum dehydration machine to improve the dielectric strength not less than 50 KV within 1 minute with 2.5 mm gap at site of any installation in cantt area and any capacity / make of transformer installed on pole mounted, indoor/out door, plinth mounted. Testing of dielectric strength of dehydrated transformer oil of each transformer will be carried out in the presence of JE/ Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil occurs. (ii) Contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydration.

M&L for servicing and greasing of mechanical parts of existing 11KV horizontal/vertical type GOD including replacement of parts i.e Male/female contact, jumper ,operating mechanism, GOD rod, bearing etc specified and directed by Engr-in chargeNote:-The cost of spare parts shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra should be paid on this account.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to GI strip size 32X6mm as earthling lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel, wire mesh, CI cover with frame , 40 MM dia GI pipe light grade for protection of strip etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata , returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Sch Part I , connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion.

Supply and fix LT spacer 4 ways made out of PVC material, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old surface of steel pole 9/11 mtr including channels and applying two coats of aluminium paint including making five no. alternative yellow & black strips 30 cm height each (upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping & numbering to the poles with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of steel tubular swaged poles of any length complete with cast iron base plate including necessary demolition and excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,transporting, errecting and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-64 (12 metre long) complete with cast iron/mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified including necessary excavation and earth work,PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation & around poles and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in plinth block,disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceding 50 meter and depositing where directed,painting steel tubular pole`s exposed surface with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and making five nos alternative white and black strip 30 cm height each upto 1.5 meter height from top of PCC coping with synthetic enemel paint and numbering of pole complete with painting of embeded portion of pole with two coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified. (i) Cost of painting & numbering on poles i.e. making five no. alternative white & black strips 30 cm height each (upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping & numbering to the poles with synthetic enamel paint etc shall be deemed to be included in the rates of above items (ii) Earthwork PCC foundation & coping shall be included in over all cost quoted.

Supplying and laying guard wire (cradle wire) rectangular fabricated with 3.15 mm GI wire complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out of unserviceable breather assembly complete from 63KVA to 500 KVA transformer and supply and fixing new breatherv assembly complete filled with fresh blue coloured silica gel including connecting with proper rubberized gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 2,05,613.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
