Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and any places complete all as directed

M&L roof trusses (framed/ un framed) for purline, rafter, crane gantries, door frame, rails and fastening and heavy bracket etc ( Beam, tee,angle iron or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed confirming to Fe-410W(Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Rougherning surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing applying neat cement slurry @3Kg/ Sqm of cement mixed with liquid type water proofing compound on dry concrete surfaces including 15 cm thick screed bed for in CM 1 : 4 and mixed with liquid water proofing compound incl finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement (water proofing compound) shall be measured and paid separtely 200 ml/ 50 Kg of cement in respect of Sch 'A')

Supply only liquid Water proofing compound as specified.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incl parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top (a) Applying bituminous primer @100 gms per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surfaces. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrain of apporved manufaturer , 3mm thick,weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less than 150 gram per Sqm.Polymeric membrain shall taken to a hight 60cm(minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacture instructions (i) A minimum over lap of 100mm and 75mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrain respectively and sealed all overlap and joints as manufactures instructions.(ii) The make of polymeric membrane shall be SUPER THERMOLY OF STP Ltd or MOPLY FP OF Texsa india Ltd /IWL india Ltd (c) Applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane

M & L for two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
