Providing periodical preventive maintenance of E/A sets with standard control panel of following capacities as per the BSNL standard maintenance scope & conditions including topping up of battery water and coolant , replacing faulty V belts, flexible fuel pipe, flexible oil pipe, rubber hoses of water line etc, checking of panel including tightening of terminals, insulation checking of alternator, starting motor, charging alternator , oil quality and level checking including topping up etc. as reqd. (Periodic preventive maintenance site visit shall be done once in two months. However, breakdown maintenance shall be promptly attended as per the terms and conditions of the agreement)

Above 10 KVA and up to 15 KVA (per site once in two months)

Providing preventive maintenance of E/A sets with AMF control panel of following capacities as per the BSNL standard maintenance scope & conditions including topping up of battery water and coolant ,replacing faulty V belts, flexible fuel pipe, flexible oil pipe, rubber hoses of water line etc, checking of AMF panel including tightening of terminals, insulation checking of alternator, starting motor, charging alternator , oil quality and level checking including topping up etc. as reqd. (Periodic preventive maintenance site visit shall be done once in two months. However, breakdown maintenance shall be promptly attended as per the terms and conditions of the agreement)

Carrying out oil servicing of following capacity EA set i/c draining the existing lub oil and supplying and filling of superior quality and suitable grade for the engine lub oil, replacing of fuel filters, lub oil filters etc complete as per the maintenance schedule, terms and conditions and specifications attached.

The servicing of the EA sets has to be done once in a year or 500 hours and as per direction of Engineer in charge)

Part B

Supply and fixing of 12 V fully charged semi sealed maintenane free battery of automotive duty (for Engine Alternator sets) of the following capacities(On buy back basis) including transportation to site disconnecting and removing existing unserviceable battery giving connection with existing cables, testing, commissioning etc as required.(M/s Exide/SF or similar BSNL approved make)

NOTE: Faulty Batteries whose life has exceeded 3 years only are included in the scope of the above item. Faulty battery of less than 3 years shall be replaced by the maintenance contractor free of cost.

Rewinding of main stator winding of alternator of following capacity EA set including dismantling the Alternator, rewinding, refixing the same , loading unloading, trasnporation, testing and commissioning etc as reqd.

Replacement of faulty Microprocessor based AMF Controller with new one suitable for required capacity three phase EA set compatible for Water/Air cooled Engine in the existing AMF control panel including disconnecting and dismantling the faulty one, including providing and fixing all accessories, making necessary wiring arrangements including functional testing and commissioning as per site conditions and specifications attached. (Make:SIAS /Deep sea/Bernini/C&S )

Replacement of faulty contactor coil of suitable voltage for the existing Contactor of upo to 63A i/c dismantling the item, interconnections with suitable Copper cable including testing and commissioning as reqd. (Make:M/s L& T / Schneider Electric/ Siemens/Telemecanique)

Replacement of faulty Battery charger unit with new one, SMPS based, input voltage 170-260 V AC, 50 Hz, Output 12 V DC, 10 A suitable for Automotive battery including mounting, making connections, testing and commissioning as required.

Replacement of faulty Battery charger unit with new one, SMPS based, input voltage 170-260 V AC, 50 Hz, Output 24 V DC, 10 A suitable for Automotive battery including mounting, making connections, testing and commissioning as required.

Rewinding of faulty starting motor with copper conductor including baking / heating varnishing of EA sets upto 63 KVA etc as reqd

Rewinding of faulty starting motor with copper conductor including baking / heating varnishing of EA sets above 63 KVA upto 125 KVA etc as reqd

Rewinding of faulty starting motor with copper conductor including baking / heating varnishing of EA sets above 125 KVA upto 500 KVA etc as reqd

Supplying and Fixing 380mm sweep heavy duty fresh air fan in the existing DG set canopy i/c providing necessary clamping arrangement, nuts, bolts, giving connection etc complete as required. (Make : Almonard /s.s make )

Rewinding of 250/380mm sweep heavy duty fresh air fan /exhaust fan in the existing DG set canopy i/c to and fro transpoatation, fixing etc as required .

Supplying and fixing rubber type AVM pad suitable upto 60KVA Engine Alternator by lifting /raising the engine from base, dismatling the faulty one, fixing, testing,comissioning etc complete as required. (Make : Polybond/s.s make )

Supplying and fixing rubber type EA coupling upto 63 KVA E/A set i/c dismantling the faulty one as required .

Repairing of fuel injector of fuel injection pump as required(Rate is for servicing of each injector)

Replacement of the following spares of the E/A set for the smooth functioning of the system i/c checking the items and replacing the faulty one, giving necessary connections, testing and commissioning etc as reqd.
