REPAIR MAINT AND SERVICING OF LIFTS EOT HOT AT SITE 1A AND 1B AND TECH AREA AT AF STN JODHPUR

Material and labour for general servicing of over head crane of capacity up to 2 Ton capacity (hand operated crane) with suitable T&P and replacement all connected deffective spare parts of crane and re-assembeling with necessary including greasing, gear box maintenece, chain pulley, color coating, crain rail allignment, chain replacement and all connecting items for fully operational cranes etc including load testing in presence of engineer in charge. Note :- Defective parts shall be measured and paid separately.

(a) Material & labour in replacement of top lever with suitable machanical arrangement, suitable for crane capacity up to 2 Ton complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

(b) Material & labour in replacement of master lock with suitable machanical arrangement, suitable for crane capacity up to 2 Ton complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

(c)Material & labour in replacement of BEARING SET with suitable machanical arrangement, suitable for crane capacity up to 2 Ton complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

(d) Material & labour in replacement of loading chain for wheel of existing crane of suitable size with suitable machanical arrangement, suitable for crane capacity up to 2 Ton complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

(e) Material & labour in replacement of pull chain for wheel of existing crane of suitable size with suitable machanical arrangement, suitable for crane capacity up to 2 Ton complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

(f) Material & labour in replacement of steel side plate with suitable machanical arrangement, suitable for crane capacity up to 2 Ton complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L for maintenance consisting of normal repair (such as greasing, oiling to all movable parts, checking of electrical panels, pendent etc.) and preventive maintenance (such as replacement of thimbles in electrical panels if required, cleaning of electrical panel by blowing air and applying CTC etc) replacement of minor defective spare parts of electrically operated overhead travelling (EOT) crane, floor operated and capacity 2 ton(Qty-02 nos crane) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of old painted steel/ CI surface of crane (i.e. Motor panel board, handle cross arms, horizontal arms, grills, MS plates, Ladder etc. complete by scraping old paint, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (MES standard shade such as blue, red, yellow, and black or any other shade as directed by Eng-in-charge) for Electrically operated overhead travelling (EOT) crane capacity 02 tons complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for full load testing of EOT crane of capacity 02 ton by using dead load once in a year, including providing shifting/ transporting the loads from place to place, suitable loading, unloading and lifting arrangement all as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of thruster break set suitable for 02 Ton capacity crane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F power contactors 3 pole with NO + NC 16-25 Amps suitable for the EOT cranes 2 Ton complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC Coated & PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded of 2.5 sqmm 8 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for visiting of EOT crane by mechenic for complete checking of serviceability of EOT crane and finding of the fault in the crane and replacement of defective item of the crane and testing the crane complete all as specified and directed.Note:-(a) Rate quoted by the bidder must include cost of replacement of minor spare parts.(b) Major items must be paid separately in respective items

Labour for visiting of Electric operated hanger door by mechenic for complete checking of serviceability of Electric operated gates and finding of the fault in the gate and replacement of defective item of the gate and testing the gate complete all as specified and directed.Note:-(a) Rate quoted by the bidder must include cost of replacement of minor spare parts.(b) Major items must be paid separately in respective items of Schedule 'A'.

Supply and fix Limit switch of electric operated gates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix power contactors 3 pole with No + NC type 30-40 Amps suitable for electric operated gates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

General Servicing of hydaullic operated crane of capacity UPTO 1 Ton with suitable T&P and painting of crane replacement all connected deffective spare parts of crane and re-assembeling with necessary electric connections testing at LDP lab area,fully blocking of leakage of hydraullic oil etc complete as following items as directed by engr in charge and load testing in presence of engineer in charge.

labour charge for Gen/quartly servicing of Automated vertical storage & retrrieval system(Lean lift) same to manufacturer's Service Engineer/authorised channel partner's/OEM of lean lift in the presence of engineer in charge.General servicing consist of following jobs:- (a) Mech maint are under:- (1) Retriever leval and allignment (2) Guide wheel allignment (3) checking of laoding runners oil (4) Pushers positioning user manual mode (5) checking of bolted joints (6) checking of chain tension (7) checking of breake adjustment (8) checking of gear box oil level (9) Lubrication of chains (b) Electrical Jobs are under:- (1) checking & cleaning of all contacts (2) checkin of looser wire connection (3) checking of limit switches (c) Electronic Jobs are under:-checking and cleaning of all PCBs ,checking of sensors ,checking of relay functioning (d) Software Jobs are under:- upgradation in PLC programme and user interface

Labour charge for General servicing and routine check up of passenger lift of capacity of 5 person by manufacturer's Service Engineer/authorised channel partner's/OEM or any unserviceability of lift to ensure the serviceability of lift cosist of following Job:- 1) it will provide emergency services for breake down as and when required on priority basis. 2) user complain will be attended on priority basis. 3) time to time general check up of the lift during contract period. Note:- for servicing contractor will provide manufecturer service engineer for passenger lift and testing of the same under all circumstances in the presence of engineer in charge. item cost is given beloow following:-

(a) Replacement of SMPS 24 V as existing on site

(b) Replacement of SMPS 12 V as existing on site

(c) Replacement of battery charger 48V as existing on site

(d) Replacement of door sensor as directed by engineer in charge,

(l) Replacement of complete master card panel including drive,SMPS,contactor,bettary charger,relay card and music card as required for smooth function of passenger lift and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(m) Replacement of door motor as directed by engineer in charge,

(n) Replacement of door drive as directed by engineer in charge,

(o) Replacement of LOP as directed by engineer in charge,

(p) Replacement of COP as directed by engineer in charge,

(r) Replacement of Pencil reed as directed by engineer in charge,

(s) Replacement of Penal mother card as directed by engineer in charge,

General servicing of moving target shooting system including cleaing of movement rail ,polly cleaning and greasing ,servicing pf control panel cleaning of movement area of target etc as directed by eng in charge.

M & L in maint rewinding of DC electric motor 1.5 HP geared motor used in moving target shooting system with same existing copper winding wire including replacement of bearing ,carbon bushes and all other accessories as directed.

M&L in replacement of limit switch used for rolling of wire rope over it as directed

M&L in replacement of support pully of suitable size used for rolling of wire rope over it as directed

M&L in replacement of steel wire rope of 4mm size as directed

Material & labour for rewinding of 10 HP Mounirary main motor of passenger lift by opening the motor, taking out burnt out winding and rewinding of motor with super enamelled copper conductor of same gauge and size as per existing, varnishing, heat drying inclujding scrappin of old paint & repainting with one coat of grey tinted synthetic enamel paint after motor is reassembled and tested and make it functional to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
