Outsourcing for operation of Air Conditioning installations at Parachute bldg in single shift of 08 hrs each for seven days in a week complete all as specified and as directed. The Plant consisting of following equipment/Machinaries . Package Type air cooled AC Plant of capacity=8.75 TR X 2 Nos (i) Cooling coils & liquid lines and control valves. (ii) Blower unit complete. (iii) Ducts (iv) Heat exchanger liquid indicator filters cum dryer unit and expansion valve (v) Thermostat and gauges. (vi) Heating system using strips heaters for dehumidification / winter heating comprising of heaters (vii) Electric control panel - 01 No & all other measuring and controlling instruments complete.

Outsourcing for operation of DG set, AC Plant installations at Base opps power house in three shifts per day for 8 hours each shift for seven days in a week comprising of the following plant/machineries /equipment at AF Stn Tezpur under GE (AF) Tezpur all as directed. (a) 63 KVA DG Set ,415 Volt 50 Hz -01 No (b) 82.5 KVA DG Set ,415 Volt 50 Hz -01 No (c) 30 KVA DG Set ,415 Volt 50 Hz -01 No (d) Operation of LT Panel Board as and when required. (e) Operation of sequrity lights awitches as per time schedule (f) Operation of package type AC plant (2x11 TR working & 1 x 11 TR stand by)

Outsourcing for operation of AC Plant installations at HK bose Hall in single shift per day for 8 hours each shift for seven days in a week comprising of the following Plant / Machineries / Equipments at AF Stn Tezpur all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) Central AC plant 50.2 TR x02 Nos (02 Nos Runnig and 01 No standby) (ii) 100 TR AHU (iii ) Cooling Tower (iv) Ducts. (v) Operation of Security Lights Switches as per Time schedule. (vi) Operation of LT Panel Board as and when required

Outsourcing for operation of DG sets installations at Mafi S/S-II power house in three shifts per day for 08 hours each shift for seven days in a week comprising of the following plant/machineries /equipment at AF Stn Tezpur under GE (AF) Tezpur all as directed. (a) 160 KVA DG Set ,415 Volt 50 Hz -01 No (b) Operation of LT Panel Board as and when required. (c) Operation of sequrity lights switches as per time schedule

Outsourcing for operation of Air Conditioning Installation at Signal Section along with DG Set in three shifts per day for 8 hours each shift for seven days in a week comprising of the following Plant / Machineries / Equipments at AF Stn Tezpur all as directed by Engr-in-Charge(a) AC Plant install with (i) Water cooled scrill chiller unit based central AC plant with the capacity of Compressor 26 TR X 03 Nos (02 Nos running & 01 No Stand by) and automatic purge system capacity control devices and SPDP: squirrel case induction motor (ii) Electric motor for compressor 05 HP x 04 Nos (iii) Water cooled shell & tube type condenser with safety valves drain vlves temperature and pressure gauges for inlet / outlet water 26 TR x 03 Nos. (iv) Cooling coils & liquid lines and control valves. (v) Blower unit complete. (vi) Cooling tower with water pipe lines (vii) Water pumping set capacity 3411 LPM also on head - 02 Nos (viii) Ducts .(ix) Heat exchanger liquid indicator filters cum dryer unit and expansion valve .(x) Thermostat and gauges. (xi) Heating system using strips heaters for dehumidification / winter heating comprising of 2 KW heaters 12 Nos .(xii) Water tank PVC double layered of 2000 Ltrs - 01 No (xiii) Electric control panel - 01 No & all other measuring and controlling instruments complete (xiv)DG Set of Capacity 82.5 KVA with AMF Panel = 01 No (xv) Operation of Security Lights Switches as per Time schedule.
