Repair to pot holes any depth n.exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm, pitting in pemix as specified in thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand coat (6.8kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand) again well rammed including supply of premix binder and sand depth of pothole n exc 30 mm filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt or with mechanical air compressor etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat at the rate of 10 Kg per ten sqm (using paving bitumen VG 10 grade), complete, all as specified and as directed by Eng-in Charge.

M&L Semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Bitumen shall be of IOCL / BPCL / HPCL. (ii) Note:- Mixing to be carried out at hot mixing plant and laid by mechanical paver)

M&L Premix, bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or more) using paving bitumen (VG-10 Grade) of any penetration as binder content of 4% by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base concrete, etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in paving, etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Forming Contraction (dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
