REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT AND RCC CHAJJAS IN ZONE-B AND ZONE-C AT DEFENCE LAB JODHPUR

Demolition of existing cement concrete padding of water proofing treatment from roof including taking down bituminous polythine sheets pasters etc over all thickness n.exc 250mm cleaning of concrete surface by wire brush scrubbing down with water and removing the dust debris/foreign matter etc to a distance 50mtr but n.exc 250mtr from the work site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L plain cement concrete type B-1(1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding over roof for making good depression/undulation to match the existing as filling in depression of roof slab surface of roof / maintain slope and rounded at joints of wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment over RCC roof slab shall be carried out as follows:- Stage (i):- Provide 10mm thick plaster in CM(1:4) with water proofing compound,ISI marked as per manufacturers instructions.The plaster shall be provided when the concrete is green,the plaster surface shall be steel troweled to get a smooth surface. Note:- After the plasterered surface has dried up the surface shall be prepared by thoroughly wire brushing,washed,dried up & clean of all foreign matter & dust. Stage(ii):-On the prepared surface,apply one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.40 lit/ Sqm. Note:- The primer & the membrane to be used shall be of the same manufacturer. Stage(iii):-Over the primed surface,3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with non-woven polyester reinforcement shall be laid by torch application method. Note:- Thickness of APP membrane shall not be less than 3mm & weight of the membrane shall not be less than 3.00kg per Sqm of membrane & side/end overlaps shall be minimum 100mm ,all overlaps and joints shall be sealed as per manucacturers instructions & complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Note:- WPC shall measured and paid seperately)

M&L 20mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in CM 1:4 on concrete surface/top most surface layer of roof treatment , finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions.(Note:- WPC shall measured and paid seperately)

M&L for laying Endura cool roof SRI tiles of size 300x300x10mm thick approved colour,joints grouted & flush pointed in cement mortar(1:3) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Make: Johnson or equivalent in Orient bell/Kajaria/sun heart.)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

Demolition of Re-inforced Cement Concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in slab and shelves/staging of tank supported on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips (for stirupps)complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for use and waste of formwork to soffits of RCC Shelves and similar works not exc. 200 mm thick horizontal or slopping in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for use and waste of formwork to edges of RCC Shelves or similar work thickness exc. 05 cm and not exc. 10 cm in rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down of cement or cement plaster work any description from brick or stone wall etc including roof facia, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/stone or concrete surfaces including roof facia and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement incl WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:-Water proofing compound should be measured and paid separately under item Sch'A')

M & L for preparing newly plastered/unplastered or previously untreated walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on plastered surfaces,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of external wall including brooming down with steel wire brushing and applying two coat of cement base paint on external wallcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking out existing PVC water storage tanks of capacity not exceeding 500 liter and removal from existing platform to facilitate execution of roof treatment and re-fix the same in position after completion of treatment work complete, and reconnecting with existing GI pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking out existing PVC water storage tanks of capacity not exceeding 1000 liter and removal from existing platform to facilitate execution of roof treatment and re-fix the same in position after completion of treatment work complete, and reconnecting with existing GI pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable PVC water tank of exc 250 and not exc 500 Ltrs capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tank white colour tripple layered (Cylinderically vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in postion all as specified in SSR Part-I including 20mm PTMT ball valve heigh pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball suitable for 20mm bore pipe weight not less than 210gms complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable PVC water tank of exc 500 and not exc 1000 Ltrs capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks white three layered (ISI marked) (Cylinderically vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in postion all as specified in SSR Part-I including 20mm PTMT ball valve heigh pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball suitable for 20mm bore pipe weight not less than 210gms complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 15mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 20mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair gun globe or gate valve for 20 mm bore pipe with iron wheel head,screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down eves gutter and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, head shoes, bends, swan-necks atc., incl cleaning or refixing or removal to store (mesured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings the accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes of 110 mm dia standard quality, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and all fittings clamps etc; fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as iten No-28 above but except pipies complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F PVC (SWR) plain bends/ shoes of any radius 110 mm dia, including jointing with solvent cement and finished/ filling with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as requiredcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
