Earth work in excavation of non-cohesive soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 1.5m in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) lift up to 3.00m and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 1.5 Km including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick in foundation as back fill all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated materials to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 1.5 km and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC M-7.5 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC M-25 Design mix in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for M-sand (robo sand) filling under and sides of the plinth beam well ramming including well consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for crushed stone gravel 40 to 63mm size mixed with sand properly deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC M-25 design mix in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC M-25 Design mix in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC M-25 Design mix in Lintels, Cills, Seismic and other Similar Bands, Copings, Bed Plates, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with grade 'C' solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width having minimum compressive strength of 50Kg/Sqcm as per IS 2185 (Part-I) 2005 and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of beams, haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends binding with and including mild steel wire not less then 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 24 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, plastered surfaces finishing fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Broken glass coping on top of wall using 10 kg of glass/ sqm fixed in 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipes of grade 10Kg/Sqcm single socketed in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Prince / Finolex / Supreme

Supply and fix 25mm thick pre-formed bitumen filler board in crumple joints complete all as specified and as directed. Make: STP / Tikitar / Sika

Supply and fix Mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railing framework of water tanks and ornamental steel gates including pintle hinges stops and hand made sliding bolts etc. similar work conforming to Fe. 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of new surface of steel all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing barbed wire or mild steel work of any description all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and staining and fixing to any type of standard rail staining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with end provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix punched tape concertina coil of 450mm dia stretchable to 6m length (Approx weight 8.25 Kg each role +/- 5%) fixed using fins and wires to the angle iron post and well secured etc, all as specified and directed Note: Streatched length of concertina coil shall be measured in Running Metre.

Removing excavated earth not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller of capacity 8 to 10 tonnes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for granular sub base of 100mm thick (compacted thickness) moorum/red bajri filled rolled and consolidated with required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for providing 15cm thick (compacted thickness) WMM in two layers each layer 75 mm thick, with coarse aggregates (bassalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and as per camber required complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using viscosity grade bitumen (any grade) at the rate of 6 kg per 10 sq meters (Note:- Cold Emulsion shall be used without any extra cost) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete (SDAC) 40 mm compacted thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick moorum filling obtained from excavation for berms including spreading, levelling and rolled and compacted with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Precast kerb stones, type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. with adequate Nos of coats on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in path complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for sand filling for paver blocks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed

SCHEDULE 'A' PART I:- (E/M Works) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in hard /dense soil for laying underground cables and post holes all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.49 above but beyond 1.5m and upto 3.0 m depth

Supply and lay common burnt clay sub class'B' bricks of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for cable cover all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches for cable cushioning on top and bottom of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/coping of poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed concrete surfaces even and fair all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, Galvanised steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts Grade with multistranded aluminum conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light fitting of 35 watts made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening separate driver (Instant start) compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Philips/Crompton/Wipro

Supply and fix GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade including all fittings such as bends, tees, check nuts, etc. in trenches/fixed on wall/pole for protection of UG cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI Bracket bend to shape in cold or hot 40 mm bore, light grade and 1.50M long to fixing street light fittings top of the poles complete including GI clamps of size 25mm x 3mm (2 Nos) with nuts and bolts for holding fitting with LT pole complete all as directed.

Wiring for circuit/sub main wiring along with earth wire of 2.5 Sqmm (green in colour), FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required for connection of street light fittings from sintex box complete all as directed.

Supply and fix weather proof junction box of size (Sintex or equivalent), inside dimension 250mmx200mmx 100mm, with 4 Nos of AL bus bar complete with connector 4 pole 16A - 1No, MCB SP 6A 9KA - 01 No. suitable size flanged type brass cable entry glands confirming to IP 65 complete including fixing to street light pole.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts with washer & screws as specified type 410-SP-31 (9 metres long) including applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer for external exposed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to earthing test point all as specified including testing and commissioning on completion.
