Sch "A' Part-I B/R work:- Racking out of sealing compound from existing joints of dimensions forming contraction/dummy/construction joints 15 to 25 mm wide including cleaning of edges and joint with brush and finally fanning with compressed air to make joints free from all loose material complete all as specified. The deteriorated edges of concrete joints shall be made good to true line with provisions of polymer concrete.Top 10 mm (minimum above back up rod) , filled with polysulphide or polyurethane sealant and priming the sides with primer , provision of closed cell polyethelene back up rod of suitable dia and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finishing to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for surface cleaning by mopping,scrubbing,surface abrasion,removal of dust by vaccum cleaner complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for priming a coat of mix of resin & hardner (in 2:1 ratio by volume) of thickness not less than 200 micron @ 5 Sqm/Ltr (below Screeding for epoxy Coating) which penetrate into concrete to form a adhesive bond using stiff crush or roller complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 4 mm thick screeding by milled trowelled system with mortar of material specially treated aggregate in resin matrix for maximum strength,protection complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 0.8 mm thick chemical resistant coloured pure epoxy self levelling topping,low viscous,free flowing composition applied by trowel or sqeege,decorated by spike roller to dislodge air bubbles complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying 800 micron thick self levelling top coat as mix of Resi,Hardner,Filler and Pigment in ratio of 1.0:0.6:1.85:0.1 by weight(i.e 4.79 kg Resin base :2.83 kg Hardner : 8.88 kg Filler : 0.5 kg Pigment).The mixing to be done correctly homogeneous with an electric variable speed mixer. The layer to be de-aerated by spike roller to dislodge air pockets,as in desired shade complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for floor patch repair by floorcrete(a mix of 20 kg content resin,hardner and aggregates) complete all as manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(A mix of 20 kg floorcrere will cover 1 sqm area having 10 mm Thickness)

M&L for surface preparation and polyurethane based two component yellow/white marking for demarkation over &including a coat of epoxy resin based primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of PUF panels as in wall and ceiling, any thickness,complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-chrage.

M&L 0.63 mm Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275.

Refixing of steel rolling/sliding shutters,without ball bearing,as specified including top cover,anchoring roa,hasp and staple And one shop coat of primer ;erected in position as included,complete :push or pull or manual complete all as specified and dirtected by Engr-in-Charge .

S&F Framed work as in gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails,braces such as in straging , stairs including stringers, treades, landing , balusters, hand rails etc, including cleats, brackets,etc and all necessary required fittings of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality - B) etc complete all as specified.

S&F of ball bearing/rollers for rolling/sliding shutters complete all as specified and dirtected by Engr-in-Charge .

Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including laid over screed bed of 15mm thick of cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Sch "A' Part-II E/M work:- Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.
